My prayers are with you and your friends in this difficult time. Loosing a child is so difficult. We lost my only Nephew at the age of 16 and it was so hard on our family.

This family is wonderful. Every c section I had, they were the first ones there with Meals. My sweet husband, who doesn't even know them, took them spending money, positive encouragement and they cried and hugged him like old friends. I hear ya, Jay! And bless you Gramz!

Thanks everybody. She had two surgeries yesterday. One to repair a tear in her intestines and one to repair a vertebrae that was broken and unstable in her neck. They didn't see any spinal cord damage; which is fantastic. She's still in a coma. The real issue at this point is the extent of brain damage. And, they can't do an MRI until they can take out the skull drain. It's a waiting game. Thanks for the kind words and wishes everybody!

No home warranty. I had to deal with 3 banks when buying it. But, it doubled in value after I bought it. So, we're in it right. And, Fortunately, we have a friend who's a handyman of sorts that's able to fix most everything. Siding is pricey!!!! Did you do concrete board or vinyl? Most of the big things that had to be replaced, I was aware of and dealt with it early. Now it's just little stuff...

I got concrete board. It's very expensive but beautiful and far more durable than the T111 I had. Also woodpecker proof which is a problem in my neighborhood. Doing all that out of pocket. Hence, one side per year

Concrete board is the best! Totally worth the money! Fortunately, that's what we have. About the only thing we haven't had problems with!

Some assembly required is an ancient Indian dialect for you will swear like a sailor when you put this product together & try to follow the manual directions which are anything but easy. Be sure to reward yourself RG for completing such a tough task okay.
