Maybe the Patriots now know how the Colts feel.......
-
Did the Patriots watch Green Bay Packers game film at halftime?
-
Why wasn't Lenny Kravitz on longer? Thumbs down on the halftime show.
-
I'm waiting to se if Seattle can make adjustments during halftime.

I'll be watching the Super bowl just because it's football. I find myself slightly favoring New England. I don't like Pete Carroll, and the Seahawk fans on other football forums are getting annoying. Maybe if New England beat them, they would settle down as to how great they are. I post on other sports forums, and I notice that none of the Seattle fans showed up until this past week. Where were they earlier in the season when Seattle started out badly?
I had a hard time getting over Seattle beating Green Bay. I know that Green Bay gave that game away, but you would think that Wilson had a great game, the way the media wrote. So maybe that's the main reason I favor New England. The Colts game was like "here we go again" but the Green Bay loss shouldn't have happened.

I actually enjoyed the game. Vinatieri didn't look like himself; he's not used to the narrow goal posts. I hope they don't change to that during the regular season.

Bill Nye "nailed it!"

That was good! Thanks for posting the link.

So the article is saying that Wilson "gets by with a little help from his friends"? Of course, it seems that he does more than that.

I'm watching it. Have to get my football fix, and I like seeing the different players.
-
I'm favoring the team Luck and Hilton are on. J J Watt is also on that team, so that's the main reason. Have to go with anything Watt is on.
-
Yes, I'll watch it. I have to get my football fix, and I want to see the Colts players.
-
Watch the patriots pick him up and he runs over 200 yards to beat us. Lol.
Unfortunately, I could see that actually happening.

I really didn't expect the Colts to beat New England, although I was hoping they could pull off a type of miracle. They worst part was losing by 35 points. I think the team should have been better prepared. How many times had they faced the Patriots? They should have had a better game plan, and it should have been closer.
No matter, I'm really proud of the Colts for what they have accomplished in three years.

Two Super bowl rings do not make a dynasty. Even if the Seahawks win, they aren't in the category. If they win three in a row, they might be considered then.

The Colts need a solid RB; that goes without saying. Herron and Tipton are just beginning and have a ways to go yet. Luck seemed nervous. He rushed passes, and just couldn't get comfortable. Some of them should have been caught, but something was off. The team was frustrated, and it affected their playing. After they were down by 10 points, it was the end, and they had no energy. I think it will be a few more years before they are Super bowl bound. In the meantime, they came quite close. I don't think anyone expected them to even get that far, thinking instead that it should have been Denver.

Truthfully, I felt worse when Green Bay lost than I did with the Colts. I so wanted the Packers to be in the Super bowl, since they're my second favorite team.
Green Bay had a chance and blew it. Something in the universe isn't right when a team can play so badly like Seattle did at first, and still win. In the Colts game it was like "here we go again" with a kind of resignation. The Packers, however, had that game within reach so it was a more of a heartbreaking loss. IMO.

We won't be Super bowl bound if the Patriots have anything to say about it. Somehow , the Colts just can't get past that team. The way I feel now is that our only hope to the Super bowl is if we don't have to play the Patriots in the post season.
-
I'm reading the Green Bay message boards and don't feel so bad now.
-
What's worse? Being outplayed in this game or letting a win get away from you like Green Bay did?
-
I need a beer....or wine...or something.
-
I don't think I can handle a week of how great Wilson is. Green Bay imploded, but I still don't want to hear all the analysts praising Seattle.
-
No. Whatever the outcome, the Colts exceeded expectations this season.

I have no idea who this person is, and I don't understand the reference to "tomato can." So it doesn't really bother me because I don't care what he thinks.

Unbelievable! What an incredible finish! How did Seattle ever let that happen? I thought I saw everything so far.
