caught some movement out of the corner of my eye near my back yard fence line while waiting for the kids to get in the car. I go to the back yard to investigate, a fence panel is down and the biggest skunk has made his way through and is walking through the bushes in my back yard... Oh boy. Cute he is, but wanted he is not!

It was still dark, stupid time change makes it dark at 7:30AM here.. hate that, he or she happily rummaging in the shrubs, didn't mind me at all.. so very cute, I'm worried there might be babies soon. I need to get the fence panel back up, it's just one little piece, but big enough for the skunk. I suspect my daughter knocked it down kicking her soccer ball at it! Those neighbors have lots of junky places in their back yard for a skunk to make a happy home, they can keep it.

My 14 years olds soccer indoor soccer team, the Average Joes, remains undefeated so far this session.. 3rd session running. This saturday they were down by 1 and I heard parents and kids all around me talking about this team that was "going to beat the Average Joes" then we scored 2 and won! It was fantastic!

Average Joes, Sloppy Joes, or whatever Joes you choose to call them MIColtsFan. They sound like winners to me & anything but sloppy joes or average joes to me. Mike Singletary, H.O.F. NFL player & former 49ers head coach, would say " I want winners! And I got winners too that never ever quit." I happy for your daughters MIColtsFan. That's AWESOME!!!

Yeah, I can just about picture Pagano's response to Irsay once he found out #18 was released. "Are you bleeping insane?!! Schedule a Cat scan now. Are you sure no tumor is growing on your brain obstructing your judgment? Well, at least I've still got Clark, Addai, & Brackett...What the bleep? You just cut them?!! Are you tryin' to give me anxiety & high blood pressure problems or what Jim?!! Unbelievable!!!"

Colts.com website has a "submit your favorite Peyton memories" page up.... sweet, but ackward
-
Wow, I expected it to be a mutual parting, but watching the press conference it was very clear that Petyon wants to be a Colt and that Irsay is moving in another direction. Bad move Irsay, I don't think this one will work out for you, I'm sorry to say, it will be a long road to get back to the winning stats of the Manning years.

@MAC... I can feel how I feel aboutit and I don't see the word mad in my post, the word is BAD, as in BAD decision, which, I truly believe it is and time will tell.. however, with 12 teams already interested in Manning, it shows just how valuable a team member he is and to not have him on your team, when you could, IMO is a BAD decision.. an opinion I'm entitled to have

Jeff Saturday is on Bob&Tom right now, commenting on #18 of course.. hhhmmmm

News conference now listed at noon on Colts.com. Not as a story....as a flash. I am with you on you point on using that money to sign players....existing or free agents from other teams. This is a complete mess in terms of our free agents. Most of them are going away soon. This is a total 'gutting.' Not sure the full mentality of what is happening.

they did say 12N on Q95.. Saturday says this opens up $ to keep some vetrans. I think the most important vet to keep is #18... we'll see. He also said, wherever Peyton and Irsay just flew in from that Irsay drove PM home from the airport last night and that they were both in good spirits..there's more to this story, much more. I'm still hoping it's just a way to be able to pick up PM as a free agent...

Glass half full... hoping that Manning is being released so they can pick him up as a free agent! It could happen! I'm also extremely disappointed that this news has been released by "SOURCES" and not Irsay himself!

I admire your optimism MIColtsFan. I really, really, do....But, Peyton is permanently gone from INDY now. As a beloved icon, he will always remain that in this city. As our field general anymore, sadly & tragically those glory days are gone forever...God, it just kills me to state those words aloud...

Thanks all... this has been and will continue to be very difficult. Our faith is helping us through this as well as our community. This was a very unexpected and sudden illness, not that any illness or cause of death is easy, it's just that much harder when a young, healthy child is suddently critically ill and does not come through. Disbelief doesn't even begin to describe it.

NFL Hall of Fame player Deion Sanders has a famous saying: "Fame & money make you more of what you are personality wise." If you're thrifty, hardworking, & humble to begin with, you will remain this way prior to a big "pay day." If you are seeking fame, influence, juice, & the prestige that a big "pay day" provides you, you are materialistic & greedy by nature. Money shows your true colors in athletes & celebrity driven journalists like Schefter...

Maybe that's why people crave chocolate so much...Scientists say it creates a chemical reaction in your bloodstream because the endorphins kick into overdrive making your body believe that you are in love & feel so good. Not a bad euphoric place to be at all. Let's have another round huh? On me...HA! HA!

holy cow Kayla, Walking Dead this past Sunday was incredible! I love the story line, they left the graphic novel story a while ago, but I actually like the shows line better! I think Rick and Shane are due for a reckoning!!!! I was thinking how much I miss football while watching Mike & Mike yack about NBA basketball, UGH!!!!!!! YAWN! thank goodness for hockey!
-
Yeah I'm just waiting for them two to go at it! Shane is crazy on there ever since he shot that guy and left him behind. I couldnt believe that! The last episode before they took the break was so sad with the little girl. Definitiely one of my favorite showa though. Not like a lot of shows where you can guess what happens before it happens.
