Heck yes they are! I gotta admit to ya, I like that the classic look is staying. I love the white helmet, blue jersey, and white pants...classic. The gloves are just too awesome! I'm gonna be looking for Reggie and Austin to make Shoes this season!

Classic uniform sophistication needs no dramatic alterations or introduction. When you have a winning design, slight tweaks are fine, but never ever tamper with perfection baby!!!

We had Winterfest here this weekend and it was too wintery for Winterfest! Tomorrow will be a 3rd day of school closure, yes it has already been announced and I need to hire someone to come move snow as I have no where to put anymore via shovel, plow or blower!!!

if anyone deserved a spot in the Sweet 16, it was Robbie Hummel. What a game that man played yesterday. What a career he had! No one plays as hard as #4. Sad to see him going home so soon.

haha!! Likewise Brent, I'm a Purdue fan (proud alumnus here) and a Zeller fan. I actually live in a town only 20 minutes away from where Zeller grew up. All three boys are great men--on and off the court.

Have fun on your trip to "the house" Brent! @Gramz, have a wonderful get away, then come home to a new family member, how sweet! enjoy

Spiders be the good guys - just don't look too closely. I ignore them if possible, move them outside if not.

But I'm actually having trouble getting past the first line. Lets review:

You were "vacuuming the Christmas tree"? LOL

    4. MIColtsFan

      MIColtsFan

@SW1, yes legit, I have physical reaction to spiders, I can't control, terrified no matter how large or small, it takes all I have to been able to approach to kill it... @MAC the vacuum is my best weapon in the spider wars. :)

  14. watching Olympics with my 14 years old, 12 year old and her 12 year old friend late last night.. the 400m mens relay swimmers were warming up and the friend shouts "NOW THAT'S A BODY".. I'm sure she was just referring to how fit those swimmers are.. LOL

I felt the MSU kids played hard. They NEVER had any rhythm on offense. Izzo took the blame....good for him, but the players did not play MSU basketball against the zone.

    3. BrentMc11

      BrentMc11

Ohio State jogged down the floor (Sully and Thomas) all year long and got beat for it. Craft and Buford seemed to give more effort. Sullinger has played hard in the tournament to help his draft stock. Anthony Davis will block any shot....if they play UK

    4. KaylaD

      KaylaD

I agree IU played UK so much stronger then Baylor. I was more worried about Ky beating Baylor and UK kicked there butt! Anthony Davis is a beast and so is Kidd-Gilchrest! (sp?) I was shocked by Michigan as well. I was happy about Duke!

all seems quiet now. If we stay ok.......... fingers crossed. There are still techies under the hood

  20. what a day, get a call from the camp where my 12 year is at with her 7th grade class that she needs picked up for xrays of her wrist. Luckily it is just badly sprained (maybe break would be better?) and the xray tech says to her "you get a lot of xrays, what'd ya do now?".. 1st name basis with the tech, I should send her some cookies! good grief! heading north for a weekend long soccer tourney! beautiful weather and fun ahead! Have a great weekend and GO COLTS

  21. What a fun day yesterday.. out on Lake Michigan charter fishing for a fundraiser tournament for St. Judes.. my team didn't win but I caught a 14 lb and a 10 lb salmon and my freezer is stocked and I have some good memories.. hopefully the waves in my head will stop today though, whoa! dizzy

    1. southwest1

      southwest1

A 14 lb and a 10 lb salmon catch sounds pretty impressive to me MCF. Is there anything you can't do? Very Cool Indeed!!! Nothing "fishy" there. At least you didn't claim to reel in Moby Dick when all it was a tiny minnow like most guys do. News flash: Men have a tendency to exaggerate their accomplishments. Shocking I know. HA! HA! Not all, but a lot of them do anyway. Motion sickness is never fun is it?

    2. MIColtsFan

      MIColtsFan

I'll admit I had help, my wrist was too wimpy and I almost lost the pole, I had to have help holding the pole, but I did the reeling! much harder than it sounds to reel in a 14lber, it really is unexpectedly hard! still feeling the waves, 2 days later.. vertigo.. have it for weeks after I cruise too.. it's wierd, never get sick on board, just for days after on land

  22. what a great weekend in sports! UofM huge win! My beloved Colts have a great win and a super fun game. I was giddy with joy after each of the 5 sacks on Rodgers and Powers interception. The fierceness of fthe edge opened up the middle and bam, defense shuts down the Packs! Offense settled down and headed for the end zone! Love it and it's good to see Reggie's perfect teeth gleaming in that huge grin! MVP

    2. southwest1

      southwest1

When things looked bleak did we bow our head in in dismay? Did we throw in the towel? Did we roll over & play dead? Bleep No! We stuck our head in the teeth of the lion and tamed the beast into a little kitty cat with a defiant roar of our own named Reggie Wayne. "To strive, to seek, to find, to annihilate, & never to yield!" The sleeping Blue Monster has now awoken. :D

  23. what happened to May? it just flew by and now we are quickly nearing the time we have to say goodbye to a loved family member (exchange student). I'm sad.
