ballards record with the colts speaks for me. If he was a winner and could turn a team around in 2 years like nick caserio did the texans I would be all for him. I agree with old fan man, ballard has the colts stuck in average and below heading nowhere. Imo we wont have a winner until he is gone. He was a rookie gm learning on the job but he was stuck in his draft building method and had far too many misses in the draft at key positions. you ballard supporters should be able to see that. bottom line he is not good at his job.

this was not a good time for ballard to create uncertainty on a team that still has a chance at the playoffs. we got zero for a very good talent, what a mess , the team is in now falling apart imo

I agree we need to draft better since the draft is ballards main method of roster building

we wont beat the texans this season, they drafted the best qb and pass rusher in the draft.
