  1. When the strength or your team is at the LB postion in today's NFL, u r in trouble.
  2. U dont double tem in this scheme.
  3. This I will tell u. I am not sure about. U look around the league, and this system is not in vogue anymore. It had its time with Seattle, and they had all pros everywhere. Qbs are too good now a days to play primarily zone all day against them. This D relies on thr front 3 to get pressure. If they don't, u r in big trouble cause the corners cannot play man. That is not strength. It's a simple D scheme to run and s simple scheme to beat if u don't have at least 2 all pros on the Dline.
  4. What's even worse is that they don't have elite wrs. They just look for the soft spots in the zone.
  5. People have to remember, secondary players in this D,, dontvexcell in man coverage. They have to play as a unit and when they don't, its disastrous.
  6. How can u take our cats as u say and make them better? We don't have man corners. Our lbs and Dljne are smallish for his system. It would be a complete over haul and not simply Ryan using a magic wand. U remember what happened when they fired Pagano? He ran the Baltimore D, which Ryan runs. Ballard did a complete over haul and got players to fit this defensive scheme.
  7. U haven't got the players to run Ryan's defense. He attacks and relies heavily in his man corners. It would be a complete over haul, so I disagree with u. Plus, thr Dline is smallish as are the lbs to run his scheme. U haven't got the players to run Ryan's defense. He attacks and relies heavily in his man corners. 8. The amount of wasted picks in the 2nd and 3rd rounds is staggering
  9. The secondary is what it is in this scheme. U don't get pressure, and u get torched. It is just a scheme I detest, and I have been saying it for years now. U could tell Stafford was hurt, and that is the only reason why the D looked good in the 2nd half. He appeared to get it together on that drive and same old. I bet Steichen dumps Bradley and this scheme after the season. I truly think that is why they interviewed so many D coaches this year. Peirce has been a huge disappointment and this team cannot develop any wrs to become legit threats. That's the most disappointing aspect of this team. I really thought Peirce was going to be the guy. Huge disappointment. Seems like the game is to big for him

  11. Got to eat up some of the clock or u will give Rams to much time to score. Thinking ahead: good coaching
  12. Our pass rush was over rated coming into the game. The first 3 teams we played had a lot of injuries on their Oline and/or had inferior Olines.
  13. That was uncatchable. Richardson looks like the college Richardson out there. U have to expect this from him. 13 starts in college and 4 starts in the NFL.
  14. Teams are taking away the deep passes as that is Richarson's strength. They are forcing him to make quick decisions, and he is not there yet. Having the week off did him no any favors
  15. Richardson's skill set is useless at this point. He has to rely a lot on play action. Down 20, thr Rams won't play the run.
  16. Well that us kind of an easy decision when u draft the next generational qb.
  17. I am talking the elite. There r few .
  18. Its like if u said how many #1 qbs are in the league?. I mean true #1's.
  19. Remember that next time the Colts lose because of a bad call. I doubt u will say, " Oh well, we got lucky last game, so I guess we were do." lol.
  20. He is not a number 1 in terms of how he is perceived by the league. Jefferson,, Hills, Adam's, Chase etc are true number #1's. There r few true #1's in the league. They keep defensive coordinators up late at night. People really have a hard time in truly evaluating Pittman. He is a #2 and there is jothing wrong with that. If u want to pay north of 20 million, as I am sure he will ask for that, then go ahead. U do, and u r going down the same road as Ballard went with Leonard and Nelson. In that case he over paid elite money for elite players at non premium positions. In Pittmans case, he would be overpaying for a very good player who is not elite at a premium position. Just my take on it.
  21. Totally agreed. I really cannot stand his brand of TV. He is just loud and bombastic. He is like Steven A Smith
  22. Actually, Ballard makes good free agent acquisitions. It is his drafting at premium positions that is lacking. I think we r starting to see that change this year. Fingers crossed
