Since 2020 without Brady, BB's record is 27-33 and no playoff wins. What this shows me is, that he can't win without a great QB. Dungy actually went to a NFC Championship Game in 1999 with the Bucs with Shaun King at QB and they almost beat the Rams who were loaded that season.

Yep, a lot goes into winning the Trophy in FF. That is why when I won the league I was in 2018, it was a great accomplishment in a 12-man Yahoo league. I won the final game by .5 points, that is how close it was. I love our picks segment in here this year because we have 9 people that do it every week. Winning that would be a nice accomplishment because everyone that is picking is knowledgeable, but to me it is fun as well. FF I really had to take seriously because the dudes I was competing against were trash talking football junkies . I was stressed out at times because there were 3 or 4 different people I wanted to beat badly every year.

AR is actually 2-2 as a starter. He gets credit for the wins over Houston and Tennessee. He started and the Colts had the lead when he left both games. 2 games he lost, we were in both, we had the lead over Jacks in the 4th, and lost to the Rams in OT.

Question I have is, what makes you think that AR can't become a good passer? When he played, he completed around 60% of his passes, had some tight window completions as well + he has great arm strength. If he plays similar to Lamar or Cam, we could win a SB. Lamar hasn't won a SB but has won an MVP and has a playoff win, Cam has also won an MVP and went to a SB.

Yeah, it would but I think the Pats draft a QB. They need one desperately. Caleb, Maye, Penix, Nix all coming out. That is a nice selection.

Bowers could fall our way, if he is there and we took him, I would be happy with it. He looks like a can't miss. Having a TE like that is huge. Look at how much Mahomes relies on Kelce. Tom/Gronk, Peyton/Dallas.

Yeah, a lot can change from now until the end of the season as you know. Assuming where everyone picks. Bowers is a great TE. I prefer a game changing WR or a shutdown Corner. How about you? Lets say we pick 17th as a guess?

When we would draft in the league I was in, everyone would meet up at a bar and get the space reserved. Everyone would have their laptops out and their friends telling them who to pick, etc.. It was a like a draft war room. I still can't get over how funny that was . The year I won, I beat the guy that won it the year before by like .5 points in the final game. He thought I cheated somehow and was about explode after he lost . I would never do any trades either, that used to eat people up.

Good luck, maybe you will take the trophy home. I did once. Now you know where I got the Toilet Trophy from too . I never actually won that. We had a regular trophy every year and a small toilet trophy for the Toilet Bowl Championship.

I think AR can be the 2nd best QB in this class at worse. He has the ceiling for it. I thought he had some decent moments when he played this year. Stroud looks like a beast though. Almost Burrowish so far.

I used to play Fantasy Football every year = from 2014-2019 seasons. I started in 2014 when someone wanted me to do it. Same group of guys, towards the end we had a couple of different people in a 12-man league. It was through Yahoo. I won my league in 2018 with Andrew Luck as my QB, I also had Hopkins that year. I was killing it. Luck and Hopkins were chewing up the league statistically. We quit playing once Covid hit in 2020. I consider that one of my best accomplishments regarding outsmarting 11 other people and they took it real serious. Some people think I am serious about our picks in here, I am to a point but is also fun, but those guys that were doing Fantasy would talk crap, study the game on their laptops constantly, etc.. It was comical. They took serious to a whole different level .

Some don't give Rivers the respect he deserves. 2020 was one of my favorite seasons. Rivers was solid good that year, he put up good numbers and we went 11-5.

I actually had him and Young ranked 1 and 2. So far Young isn't cutting the mustard. With Young, it could be coaching and scheme. Not sure?

to your 2nd paragraph, I agree 100%. That is what I have been trying to say. If Levis plays great next week and you say he did, I won't disagree at all or call you a Levis fan, you are just critiquing what you are seeing. Next season if AR has a bad game, I will be right here saying so. If he plays great, same thing. I miss those Nebraska/Oklahoma games. That was must watch TV.

When have I ever said Levis sucks or has played badly? Up until yesterday I haven't. I think it is a fair assessment to say he played bad yesterday. I said he played average at Pitt, that is far from saying he sucked, and you ripped my opinion to shreds. Why haven't you given me credit for saying Levis played great at Atlanta which I posted or me saying Stroud is the best so far out of the rookies? When it comes to me, you seem to nitpick every little negative thing I say about a player that you may like, or thinks will be good. When it comes to AR, when other posters say he is made of glass or won't be a franchise QB, I have never seen you once question them?? Funny. What good does it do to critique, if we just sit here and say, yeah so and so was great this week when he actually wasn't? The only thing I have ever said about AR when compared to Levis is, I think he has a higher ceiling and I wanted AR in the draft, how is that bashing Levis?
