    If anyone was to surpass Manning, I'm OK with it being Maholmes. I like the player and the guy. He is as humble as can be for a QB with his success.

    personally I don't put as much into the MVP awards in sports. Too often it goes to the most popular player (not saying that was why Peyton won them).

    That certainly was not an easy road this season. Wow!

    I would say yes for most people and the sports (ESPN) analysts. To me, Manning was the best I have ever seen (Marino, Montana and Young are close).

    Dayton lost a close one at Richmond. They will drop to the mid 20'2 in the rankings. Purdue beat a good Rutgers team and IU lost to Illinois. Purdue will stay at #2 and IU will still not be ranked.

    i pretty much disagree. The players (on scholarship) are getting paid already. They are also using the NCAA to advance their career to a pro level.

    I'm hoping the Cardinals can pull off a last to first in their division. I'm not confident but they have done some amazing things in the past.

    The defense was good this year. Middle of the pack at worst. Top 5 in sacks. It could be better but I think Ballard has done OK with it. Hopefully AR works out so the QB door will close for a bit.

    3 games can make or break the season for us and most on here feel he'll miss 2-4 games.10-5 could be heading towards the playoffs, but 10-8 could mean we are on the outside looking in.

    Why does it bother you so? It's just to gauge peoples thoughts. The Colts have and are asking themselves the same question so that they can fill out the roster in the best way possible. If the Colts let Minshew go and don't sign a good backup, we can assume that they feel AR will not miss much time.

    I understand that, but I don't want to underpay for someone who will probably be starting a few games for the team.

    I wanted the Ravens to lose so I was happy about that. I wanted the Lions to win or play a good game. I root for Purdy so I'm OK with a 49er win.

    I am with you. Mostly because I hate the Ravens but I enjoy the KC Chiefs as well. Well coached and a good all around team.

    I thought it was a pretty well officiated game.

    I am rooting against the Ravens. I hate them almost as much as the Cowboys. So far this day is going well. I'll be rooting for the Lions but won't be too upset if Purdy gets the 49rs to the Superbowl.
