Odum is a special teams ace for them, rarely saw action in the secondary.

That’s because there is going to be Top CB talent available at 15. Mitchell , Terrion Cooper all could be available at 15 depending on how the cards fall. I just think there still needs to be a vet presence in the DB room.

Why do you think bringing him back makes sense? Do you know how many games he has missed over the span of his career? I’m almost certain that if Ballard 100% whole heartedly wanted him back he would have been back. Kenny , Grove , Pittman even Lewis all were retained. Even tho they had offers elsewhere. I think they’re ok losing Blackman in FA. Their are capable guys available who can fill that void. Like I said we know what we get with Julian but his health is the largest issue. You don’t pay a guy knowing he is injury prone and has a history of it. Why do you think Hooker left? I’m almost certain they don’t want to chance it.

Your best ability is availability , why bring back someone who can’t stay healthy? I may be in the minority but I actually don’t want to retain Blackmon. He’s a good player when healthy but that’s the thing he isn’t often that. You’re going to shell out 6-8 million a year for a guy you’re possibly going to get MAYBE 10 games out of?

He doesn’t receive as much praise as some of the other safeties in the NFL such as a Jamal Adams, a Micah Hyde.

I just really wish they go out and get Justin Simmons. This secondary needs a SOLID Vet, that’s exactly what Simmons is. He’s so underrated of s defender. Yes he’s 31 but I’m sure he has enough left in the tank to play atleast 2-3 more seasons. I think under his tutelage Nick Cross could stand to learn a thing or two heck even our entire secondary can. Simmons is that smart of a safety, Ballard please go sign this man.

I think we know what we get with Julian, my only knock on him is his health. Idk that he’s played an entire season. The kid just gets beat up. With our luck he goes some where else and has his health turned around like Malik Hooker did with the cowboys.

Not a fan , tbh I don’t think he is much of a bruiser like Moss was. Would’ve much rather they considered bringing in some one else but we are getting Hull back next season so we shall see.

I’m sure they’ll draft one or pick one up in FA. I’ve heard they like Isaac Guerendo.

He is a bit on the smaller side, I don’t think his body has the capability to sustain the west and tear of the season taking all of those blows that a safety is asked to take.

Has the new season started? No it hasn’t so he can still get cut. As I said I will agree to disagree.

I know that I’m just pointing out everyone who were drafted in that class.

From what I gathered they’re verdict came solely off of inconsistencies that were pointed out in her story. That doesn’t necessarily says he’s guilty morally, just legally. Like I said I could be wrong but I just think he may no longer be a Colt come next season.

From what I’ve seen from the front office dealing with external issues. Just doesn’t seem in his favor to return. I could be wrong but i think they will definitely look further into the situation especially with domestic violence being a MAJOR concern in the NFL.

This says to me that The Colts are planning to go BPA in the draft. I wouldn’t be surprised if CB or DT was the first pick made unless they trade back.

I think he’s probably still gone tbh.

We don’t know that he doesn’t plan on still meeting with those teams. Either at the pro day or virtually.

It’s more than likely a tag and trade. They’re tagging him in hopes of getting draft capital in return.

He’s undoubtedly the #1 receiver in this years class and the offspring to one of Indy’s greats. He’s also not hired a manager and will be going through this process on his own. I’m sure he consulted with his dad before he made any rash decisions.

Will they draft a LBer I’m sure they likely will take someone in the later end of the draft but I doubt that person will replace or live up to Leonard play.
