The offer would be:
Pats’ #3 (2200 points on Drafttek trade chart) for Vikings’ #11 (1250), #23 (760), #108 (78), and 157 (28.6).
So the Vikes’ half of the trade comes to 2116.6.
Whoever’s in charge: please log in this trade.

In fact, I’ll take the Vikes if you let me self-deal.

If it helps, my trade offer to the Vikings for the #3 pick (qb pick) would only leave them with 2 more picks (if we’re doing 5 rounds in this mock). Minimal commitment!

Whoever takes the Vikings: I have a very reasonable offer on the table to trade up with the Pats to #3. Message me!

Anyone interested in the #3 position, the Patriots are considering trading down. Send me a message if you’re interested.

I’ll take the Browns.

Last year, we had 7 pm to 10 pm EDT schedule, but guys got busy after 9 pm, so we might have started at 6 PM on later days.
Does 6 PM EDT work fine for the start for everyone, or is that too early?
Works for me

Beginning April 2 works fine for me. We were starting later last year - was it 7 or 8pm EDT?

I think we may be thinking about sitting at 15 and taking Worthy. Apparently, he put on a bit of a route-running show at his pro day. Anyone who thinks he’s just a forty time (a Willie Gualt-like receiver) is mistaken. After all, he was considered an early 2nd back when his scouting reports merely referenced “very good” speed…

I’m currently high on Jaylon Carlies of Missouri. He played Safety at Missouri, but I see him as a LB conversion. Note that he had a RAS score of 9.08 as a FS, which I can only imagine puts him in the upper 9s for LB. 34 1/4 arms. 4.50 forty. 20bp. 6’3, 227lbs.

Mid FA version:
FA: Justin Simmons is our last major move.1-15: Xavier Worthy, WR, Texas
2-46: Max Melton, CB, Rutgers
3-82: Mason McCormick, IOL, So. Dakota St.
4-116: Isaac Guerendo, RB, Louisville
5-150: Caedan Wallace, OT, Penn St.
6-189: Myles Cole, 3T, Texas Tech
7-233: Jaylon Carlies, LB, Missouri

My favorite fit for the Colts is Max Melton, CB, Rutgers. RAS score is 9.65. 4.39 forty. 40.5 vertical. I thought he looked really good at the combine, and he was considered the second best CB at the Senior Bowl. Plus, it seems like Ballard likes a minimum of 32 inch arms, and he’s one of the only early CBs in this draft to meet that.
His scouting report reads a lot like a faster Kenny Moore II - scrappy, very good in run support, and can swing inside or out (though, he’s mostly been a boundary corner). Also, great football intelligence and instincts.
If we wanted to target him in the 2nd, it would enable us to trade down in the 1st and target any WR we may deem Worthy…;)

If Holder is to be believed, and I know some here don’t and that’s fine, he reported Ballard did try to get Hunter and had interest in Sneed dating back to the combine but they lost out on Hunter and decided not to go after Sneed after he was tagged. After that happened he pivoted to a different plan which was to bring back his own that he wasn’t going to do, particularly Grover and Moore. So it sounds like Ballard did try to do something different this off-season and it didn’t work out. Will what he did work? No idea. All I can do is watch and see and react based on what I see.
Who are you referring to when you say "Hunter"? Is it Refrow, or is there a cb named Hunter that I can't bring to mind?

Man, I’m more on the fence this year than I’ve been in many seasons. My problem is that I’m torn between targeting CBs Mitchell or Arnold in the 1st or trading down and targeting Melton in the 2nd. We need to have a premium CB corps in our division, so we need to do one of those things IMHO. I just think that Melton is a great value in the 2nd and has the arm length and athleticism Ballard likes. (Arnold lacks the athleticism and Mitchell lacks the arm length in the 1st.). Problem is: it just takes one team to like Melton as much as I do before we’re screwed, since I’m not a huge fan of the CB depth thereafter. Maybe the answer is to trade down in the 1st and take Melton there. It would be considered a reach, but so were Leonard, Freeney, Sanders, etc.

i doubt we use our first rounder on a WR after paying pittman and drafting downs. maybe a 2nd
Of course, the same logic can be used to say we won’t take a cb in the 1st. We paid Moore and drafted Brents.
