the sidelines can be dangerous with people getting run into. His surgery involved taking a piece of his hip and fusing it in his neck, so he's recovering in 2 places and might not have the mobility to get the heck out of the way down there.

I don't blame them. some people are adrenalin junkies. They like to watch just really well played games.
BUT, they are missing out on the ultimate 'Fan high'. There is not way they will ever feel the way long term fans felt when we finally won the SB.
The victory.........without the struggle before it, not the same.
Anyway, I don't have the time or the inclination to learn everything about another team.

Haven't we already had this in place at Lucas Oil Stadium for years? Pat downs have not been intrusive. They do go through purses and make you take your jacket off. It has always been pretty quick and the security people are very nice.
Much nicer than TSA.
That said, I think there needs to be more accountability for TSA and the police in general.
I have had my home robbed twice and my husband's business robbed so many times I cannot count. They have never ever recovered anything or arrested anyone. In fact, the police at my home pretty much told me they were there to give me enough information to file an insurance claim.
One time my husband actually knew WHERE his stolen goods went. He gave the police name and address.............but the police never arrested the guy because he was never home when they went there.
TSA these days has open license to pull your bags and hold them for search.............without informing you. so you end up looking for your bags at the end of your trip and asking and asking and asking. ...........until you find someone who says something other than, NOT MY JOB
Only to find they were pulled off the plane.
My daughter just flew back from Spain and this happened to her. When she finally got her bags back she was not only missing things...........but also had things in her bag that did not belong to her.
I guess my point is, reasonable security is fine. But it does seem to me that there needs to be limits on what these people can do.

I sat at the top of 153 for a couple of games and I had two issues
(1) When the roof is open, there is some kind of a magnifying glass effect on those end zone seats. Dress light and drink lots of water
(2) You have to watch the monitors to see the play on the other end of the field and when they finally get to your end, everyone stands......so I had to watch the monitors then as well. (I'm short.)
I never sat on the other side but I imagine that if you are tall, you'll be able to see pretty well

At half time, at my house, we decided to pretend that the score was tied.
We looked pretty good from that perspective.
A lot of people seem convinced that they know what the issue is. I sure don't.....other than, our D is a problem, our special teams.........a PROBLEM

Collins will work out his timing with the receivers.........but the rest ........... all I got now is HOPE for at least some competitive games this season.
It was good to see Dallas on the field and looking great. Jeff Saturday is TOUGH .......for any age.

It does not mean you are a bad fan but, it could very well mean you are jinxing the team.
(This is why I consistently lose in my fantasy league)
I play according to my superstitions.
This year I was horrified to find that I have Arian Foster. Relieved to bench him because of injury issues.

That’s why I called you inexperienced. It’s not like you’re not a great fan, because you certainly are. It’s that I don’t think you’re really looking at this with a real tangible understanding of what happens when a team has a losing season like that. Coaches don’t usually keep their job after a grind like that.

I am not calling you names, but anyone who really believes that a coach who goes 3-13 in the NFL will automatically get a pass because of injuries is inexperienced in how the NFL works. That's just a fact.

It is amazing to me how inexperienced some fans really are.
FYI, this is an example of personal shots and as you well know, is against board rules.
We have posted reminders about this before and can see that they have no effect on the name calling.
