To me it is about the progression of AR but you know me, I always want to win too.

I don't know. I would start AR if I was GM or coach but Mustache is no slouch. He is a great backup.

If I was the GM of the Colts, I still would not trade him unless I get a 1st round pick. That is the only way it would happen under my watch. Taylor when healthy is a top 3 RB in the league. Really only Henry but he is 29, and McCaffery have an argument to being better. Chubb is out for the year and Barkley may miss a month now. McCaffrey isn't even a better runner but his ability to run and catch gives him a nice argument to being the best.

Yeah but if we beat them at Baltimore, we can beat anyone. I think it is AR's team but if Mustache starts and wins, that will be a question all week that gets floated around.

What if Mustache looks spectacular against the Ravens and we win, does that cause a QB controversy? Nobody has probably thought of that. I mean if Mustache beats the Ravens, how do you not start him vs the Rams?

So far I am 4-0 on my bets this year. I have put $50 on 2 games each week. I will continue to do that throughout the season: Week 1, I had: Browns over Bengals Cowboys over Giants Week 2, I had: Ravens over Bengals Colts over Texans - I am roughly $200 ahead. Week 3 picks: Lions over Falcons, I only have to give up 3 points, I have to win by 4. Packers over Saints, I only have to give up 2 points, I have to win by 3. Here is too hopefully going 6-0 on my 50's and being roughly $300 ahead!

Long season to go, it sounds like you are willing to bet big by your post. If I was in your shoes with your betting mentality, I would bet $200 on ND and take the 3.5 points. You win that, then that puts you in a good position to bet on the NFL on Sunday. I mainly bet on the Pro's, I stay away from college. I have 1 bet regarding college, I have $100 on Colorado to win at least 6 games. Their over/under in Vegas was 3.5 wins before the season. If I get the 6, I will win $175. They only won 1 game last season but I knew Deion would turn that mess around.

I will say this, if win this game, the media and fans need to start taking us serious. That would be a huge, unexpected win.

Beckham may be out this week? Not having Dobbins to set up the pass isn't good either. I picked the Ravens to win but I think we have a chance.

Tank, get the #1 pick in Williams and hire Eric B, trade Fields for what you can get. Problem solved. Even if Fields plays lousy, they still could probably get a 3rd for him. Someone will take a chance on him. There were so many people in here that wanted us to trade up and get Fields. That is not aging well now, I wasn't one of them. I thought he would be average at best.

We don't have the tiebreaker over the Marlins or Reds. We need to finish 1 game better than both to get in. No matter what happens, the Cubs have brought us excitement again. 2021 and 2022 were a disaster. We are in this thing with 10 games to go. All you can ask for. As of now, ESPN is showing we have a 45% chance to make the playoffs. Not bad odds.

I just throw things out there for suggestion, really for fun trying to play GM. Every scenario I posted probably won't happen, but it is still fun to speculate.

Cubs with a dud tonight! Reds and Marlins both lost as well. 10 games to go for the Cubs and here is how it looks, the race for the final playoff spot: Cubs 79-73 Marlins 79-74 (.5) Reds 79-75 (1) At least we won last night to end that losing streak, the other 2 teams keep losing as well. It is good we have less losses than both. I know the Marlins have the tiebreaker over us, not sure about the Reds? We need the Marlins to keep losing. I really don't care how we get in, as long as we do. At that point everyone is 0-0 and we are 1 of 6 teams. The regular season is long and drawn out. It is a grind and it looks like our Pitchers are gassed. We are still hanging on somehow to a playoff spot. We will see how it finishes out.

Tomorrow is the key day, if AR doesn't practice tomorrow, than the likely hood he won't play goes way up. Not practicing today really doesn't tell me much.

I am almost starting to think after the injuries to Barkley, Dobbins, and perhaps a career ender to Chubb, Taylor may go for a contract where most of it is guaranteed. Something like 3 years for 33 million which is just 11 Mill a year but give him 25 million guaranteed. If he gets 25 million that should give him a piece of mind in case he gets injured. I have no idea how he feels but the guy does love football and he has to be thinking how great he and AR would be together. If I was a RB, I would love to play with AR. That running game would be unstoppable.

Yeah I think Herbert goes 0-3 this week. I can see Kirk passing for a lot of yards on that defense. Chargers may fire their coach if they lose this one. You have a talent like Herbert and start 0-3, something smells in the room.

AR was clearly the best out of the 3 this week. His 2 TD runs set the tone early and he made some good passes to keep drives alive. The game was pretty much over at halftime. Unfortunately he had to leave the game. Stroud threw for a lot of yards but he threw 47 times and his yards were meaningless in the 4th because they were so far behind. We also went prevent in the 4th Qtr. He also had a key fumble early in the game that led to a score for us. Young just flat out look awful and I thought he would be the best out of the 3. AR, most importantly got a win, the other 2 are 0-2.
