  1. Fumbles killed all the Vikings momentum early and really cost them the game. I would say when a team has 4 lost fumbles in any game, their chance of winning is around 10% - just a guess but I bet I am close. That 1 fumble out of the EndZone was a back breaker, that was 7 lost points right there.
  2. Yeah the Vikings defense looked terrible there. That is the ball game folks. I was hoping for a stop to give Kirk 1 more chance.
  3. I agree with her 100% that winning is more important than just putting big numbers but if a QB doesn't put up big numbers, he better have a top 5-7 defense in the league to win anything big.
  4. TD Vikings, only down 6 now. Anyone's game. Kirk with another TD pass.
  5. I realize it is about winning more but last year is a perfect example of Kirk performing at his best when it counted in a ton of 4th Qtrs to pull close win after close win out. They were 11-0 in 1 score games, a lot of the games Kirk drove them down for a game winning TD or a game winning FG. He was clutch last year at least. They lost to the Giants in the playoffs because the defense gave up 31 points.
  6. He throws for a lot of yards too each year and is pretty accurate at times. I think for the most part, Kirk has always been top half of the league. Usually around 13-15th best which most teams and fanbases would take. He isn't great but good, JMO. All you can ask for is a chance to win a SB going into every year and Kirk with the right surroundings gives a team a punchers chance to do that. That is better than having a QB that gives you no chance. He will usually get you into the playoffs at worse. It's not like he hasn't performed on the biggest stages well either. He had a huge signature win at New Orleans in the 2019 playoffs beating Drew Brees. They went 13-4 last year.
  7. Can't win when you fumble 4 times. The fumble that was lost at the 1 that went out of the EndZone was real deflating. Vikings had an easy 7 points there and would have the lead and the momentum.
  8. These fumbles are insane. They are just giving the game away
  9. Homer thinks he is Arnold . Too funny. I love ol' Homie, classic/funny character. Hard to believe that is the longest running show of all-time. 35 years and the guy has been the same doing Homer's voice since 1989, Dan.
  10. Key stat, Vikings only have 9 yards rushing, they are pulling a Colts from last week. Not having Cook has hurt them so far.
  11. He is 13-17, 140 yards, 1 TD, no INT's and no Fumbles. That is solid. He has played better than Hurts.
  12. Kirk has played a heck of a half. The fumbles are just killing the Vikings.
  13. That was a terrible break. Vikings have actually outplayed the Eagles. Kirk has looked really good. These fumbles are ridiculous.
  14. They have a lot of injuries too but what is funny is, this is the type of game Tomlin usually wins somehow.
  15. Yeah I can't see the Bills going 0-2. Good choice. Chiefs aren't going 0-2 either, I think they beat the Jags.
  16. Sometimes it pays off, I took Steelers over Browns this week, that is pretty bold. Last week I had Browns over Bengals, real bold.
  17. Eventhough I picked the Eagles tonight, I would love to see the Vikings win. I can't stand Philly. Kirk with a nice TD. 7-3 Vikings.
  18. Both teams playing sloppy. One of my pet peeves is when someone fumbles. I remember way back in the day Jimmy Johnson got so upset that a player fumbled, he cut him and the player was good.
  19. Vikings had a sure 3 there at worse. Fumbles are momentum killers. We had 1 last week with Jackson. Just can't have those.
  20. I am still following it on ESPN.com. 4 straight passes by Kirk, without Cook they didn't even try to run the ball.
