  1. Where’s yours? I know you and what you’re doing.
  2. I’m always here. I’ve experienced plenty of losses in my life. You’re the one saying you’d be giving up if the team was average. Well? The team is average.
  3. How about Bill O’Brien and Zappe scoring 21 points against the Steelers? It’d be nice for us to get back into the swing of things by scoring over 20 points again.
  4. Have they ever actually proclaimed being a fan of this team? I think they’re just someone who likes to come in and trash the team any chance they can get.
  5. I won’t deny that Luck had a better supporting cast compared to Levis. But he as the QB still had to get the job done and play his position well. And he did that to get the team to 11-5. A team that went 2-14 the year before. Comparing Will to a once in a lifetime type of prospect in Luck is unfair to Will.
  6. Why do we have to put down others and lift Levis up, and vice versa? I’m personally interested to see how Will fares tonight against a high scoring Dolphins team.
  7. So how much will the NFL be fining Mahomes and Reid for their outbursts?
  8. Just from an availability standpoint, yes I think it’s possible.
  9. I've seen season ticket holders post on Facebook most often for selling tickets to games they can't go to.
  10. You mean like when a team is clearly going to try the same screen play against us, just with a different half back?
  11. I get it. That's literally how it's always done in Cincy. It's like a college football game atmosphere. You should witness a Bengals vs. Steelers game sometime to really experience the effect. From the time I was little and my dad would take me to the games, we'd be standing.
  12. On to the Steelers. This is a must win game in my opinion. Win this game and our tie breakers over 3 or more tied records gets even better. Defense needs to practice defending the screen this week. Offense needs to practice run blocking. The theme for our defense continues: we need desperately need pressure. The Steelers line is not the best, so we should be able to get home at least a few times.
  13. The Bengals invested in both lines the past couple of seasons. Last year's #1 pick was used to get a defensive lineman in Myles Murphy. Their defensive line can be game wreckers.
  14. I go to Paul Brown Stadium (I'll never call it Paycor) at least once a year. Standing is pretty much a necessity to see anything. Rain or shine, winning or losing, Bengals fans represent and always stand and scream. My voice was broken for half a week after the Bills - Bengals game this year.
  15. Well if there was ever a time to beat the Steelers it's this year with the playoffs on the line. Unfortunately we don't have Belichick or the Patriots defense to help our offense out. Expect the Steelers to be practicing screens all week in preparation for us. Harris could have himself a field day.
  16. I'll say this: Kudos to all of you who had grounded expectations going into this weekend. I must admit that being also a Bengals fan led me to being overly pessimistic towards the Bengals (who have a recorded history of screwing things up royally) and being overly optimistic towards the Colts. I guess I was blinded by hope. Sometimes I get overzealous when it comes to this team, and it's good to have posters who are more grounded in their expectations. And on that note, you guys should see some of the thoughts on social media from other Bengals fans. There are some who legitimately believe that Browning and the Bengals are Super Bowl contenders this year after beating us... Now THAT is over the top and outrageous.
  17. I'm picking against the Chargers the rest of the way this season. They are officially done and honestly should probably let Staley go so they can get a jumpstart on the coaching search.
  18. I agree. We had experienced corners at the start of the season, and then lost them for unfortunate and unforeseeable reasons. These rookies were supposed to be the backups and learn. Instead they're experiencing trial by fire. Yes that means we're going to get burned alive and torched by good passing offenses and yes that means we have 0 shot at making much of a wave in the post-season, if we even reach it this year. But it also means we'll have experienced players at the position next season.
  19. Is this a new phrase you discovered? I've seen you post it at least 4-5 times now.
  20. They did the same thing to Cincy last year in the playoffs against Kansas. One b.s. penalty gave the Chiefs the win in the final minutes of the game.
  21. There's a scenario where we, the Broncos and the Bengals all finish 10-7 which would make us the #5 seed and playing against Jacksonville.
  22. So obstructing the refs view calls for immediate flag... fine. But who's obstructing their view from so many blatant holds and passing interferences all across the league? We had our own defensive backs getting practically assaulted... And then I counted at least three times last night during the Cowboys - Eagles game where the Cowboys defense were offsides a full second before the ball was snapped. No flag. Really seems like the refs practice the whole "rules for thee, but not for me" approach.
