  1. Check my post history, that's always been my stance. I'm just not willing to say the issue is resolved and that if we do pick up Manning's option we have to be sure he can play.

That's all. I'm hoping Manning comes back, just not at the expense of 38 mil in dead cap space.

    I can agree to this...
  2. A. I don't think it's anything close to certain his time is up here.

    B. Trading him is an almost finacial impossibility

    C. I don't think San Fran would be interested despite media buzz suggesting otherwise. They did just go to the NFCCG with Alex Smith.

Wow where did this come from???

    I like A.

  3. But.. Andrew Luck will fix that..

This aint your "dad's" Indy Colts.... THis edition just got "LUCKY"....

No we got lucky with Peyton, who's to say luck will strike twice...3 times if u count Elway

I just don't think the luck will be with us....

I mean were the Colts we don't need luck, we have Peyton...

  4. Everyone on ESPN says Manning is gone from the Colts..

In discussions of where he will be next year..no one says Indy

many say he will never play again...

..but remember..again.....Manning staying in Indy just isnt a story..

Manning getting cut is a story line that will last for years...

And years and years and years if we don't win...
  5. It's the media and the agenda they want to push....I kno it sounds like a conspiracy theory, but they don't want the biggest star in a small market like Indy, could you imagine how much news could be created if Peyton and Eli were in the same city together, if Peyton is released he won't be going to a small market franchise, and you better believe the NFL and the comish knows about it, that's what makes me wonder about that dinner last night with the 3 of them and now the media has almost completely dropped the subject...I hope Peyton and Irsay didn't give up....

The fact is the media wants something to talk about and Peyton being a colt for life isn't it.

    JMO

  6. I completely dissagree. And you still won't address his willingness to ride the pine

What the fact that he said he would be honored to learn from Peyton??? That makes him less of a player??? His dad was in the military I'm sure if he would have said any thing else he would have gotten an ear full....and so what luck said the same thing...Peyton is greatness anyone and everyone should be honored to be his back up....period partner..

Get over dude its Robert griffin 3 not mike Vick

And again I say don't take either one of them...

  7. Again, he's willing to sit on the bench! What great player accepts and is satisfied with doing that? No fire, not driven if he accepts that. So did you actually watch both of them play? I did. If you did then you can't honestly believe Griffen could be better. Successful teams have pocket QBs, POCKET QBS

haha you've watched them both??? RGIII is a pocket passer go watch his film, not his highlights his game film....great pocket presence with the ability to get out the pocket and make a play....
  8. where all in love with luck even me ..but what if manning can come back ..and we trade luck and get a kings ransom ....im talking 3 first rounders 2 second and 2 thirds...I dont know if the colts would be able to resist...i doubt this would happen but u never know heres how the drafts should look if they traded with the browns...

if this would happen the defense would be set but we would have to get a corner threw free agency ...personally i think the colts should dump luck and manning and go with nick foles ...point 1 manning is due to much money and he`ll never be the same and hes old ..2 luck is a stud but what teams will be willing to give for him is a whole alot and u can take advantage of some team out there looking to get >>>ed ...and we all know we can get foles in the 2nd whos a beast but was on scrubby team . i dont think manning freeney mathis brackett addie wayne clark will be back and thats a whole lot of money for us to spend....irsay dont just clean the offices clean that locker room.. we can get a 2nd for freeney mathis and clark to the giants for a 3rd and a 5th ...im ready for the new and improved colts...ppl get mad when i say manning needs to go but if he comes back and cant play that 50 something million gone thats hurting us more then it could help us..get rid of luck that can hurts us but i reall believe he`ll be good but i think foles will be just as good if not better ... GO COLTS!!!!!!!!!

    Love it...
  9. Okay, not quite a one year wonder. A good but not great season and one great season (and a year on the pine due to injury). And I stick by my other point. He's content to sit on the bench and collect a paycheck. He might have better touch on the long ball but not every other throw like Luck. So I guess the plan for the Colts offense if we take RG is to throw deep balls and let him run.............

Wow did you not see that he completes 70+ percent of his passes....I bet I can make up more reasons not to take RGIII, but if you really look at the kid....he's a player for sure...he's a QB...a good QB and will be a good QB in the NFL...everyone wants to give luck a break and he hasn't even played a down in the NFL so let's give Robert a break too....and the bottom line is neither one of them deserves a break cause neither one has proved jack in the NFL...
  10. Thats a rude way of putting it.

I never said I knew it all, but I do seem to know a little more than you. (about this I mean)

Why is that??? Cause u have "sources" let's hope it's not the same sources espn has. Case everyone knows they're wrong 90% of the time...
  11. i was staying neutral but now I'm officially on IRSAY'S side!

Looks to me like Peyton is forcing his hand.

If this is true, I say let him walk. he's no team player.

I don't think the nerve will be good enough now. Peyton's looking for another "free lunch". Let some other team pick up the check.

unless Peyton can throw with his left arm , he'll be no good to anyone.

i guess it's true about having no feeling in the nerve from his neck to the tricep and the atrophy.

    BRING ON LUCK !

With Eli forcing SD's hand and now this....... starting to look like a couple spoiled brats to me.

    Hope I'm wrong.
