  1. Well obviously the key will be to CONTAIN Charles. Keep him around 100 yards rushing/receiving and no long touchdowns. Like I said in the Denver game that we had to contain Welker (which we did until the end) and we won. I think the Colts win 35-24.

  2. sports bars absolutely suck to watch a game with no volume and/or another games audio.

the same can be said to anyone that is blacked out. why not drive to a bar that is outside the blackout area? it's only one game, not most of the year.

You're ridiculous. I'm done arguing with you. You have no right to complain about Colts blackouts.
  3. that's a nfl policy. teams can't change it when negotiating any deal with a city or state.

    i don't understand the 2nd part.

you think you have a right to live 5 miles from your home team?

if you don't make enough money to afford something you don't buy it, just like everything else.

The game will blacked out as far north as Ft. Wayne because they are considered in the local market even though it is out of the 75 mile radius.

  4. If you can't see their are flaws in the coaching or the way they have called games, *, they are a young coaching staff and have improved towards the end but they have had several WTH moments so far. If they put out the line up of Satele and Mcfly on Saturday after the struggles these two clowns have had together yet watching Reitz and even a new OT play gaurd better, I will have to again question what they are doing/seeing that we fans are not. Saying they have had some questionable coaching decisions is far from calling for their heads or anything like that so maybe you could back off the hypebole just a bit. js

You're either not a Colts fan or one of the worst fans out there.

It is really difficult to sweep your division no matter how bad it is. How many other teams did that this year? ZERO!

The Colts weren't handed 6 wins.

Okay Arizona and St. Louis "throttled" us.

We barely lost to Miami and SD.

The Cincinnati game was still very winnable especially had the refs not handed Cincinnati 7 points.

If this team is not for real, how do you explain us sweeping the division, and beating Seattle, Denver, and San Francisco?

  5. We won because we contained Charles. They don't really have any other weapons (could argue for Bowe). They're just a physical team who thrives on turnovers like the Bears of a few years ago.

Protect the ball, contain Charles, and the Colts will win.

Now that's easier said than done but this team is fully capable.

  6. Grady and Big Joe had a stat this morning that said Walt Coleman's crew called 39% fewer penalties on the home team (on average) this season vs the visiting team. They were laughing about "who comes up with that stat?" But it is a good point of discussion. Sounds like Coleman might be more influenced by the home crowd....which is good for us

I don't like this. I just want a fair game from the refs. I never want to win or lose because of a bad call.
  7. why should they? if someone said they would build your dream house for you and a job for a 20 year lease at $1 a year, would you take it? it's a free market for everyone.

The leasing contract shouldn't include the option to block those same taxpayers the opportunity to view the game if all the tickets aren't sold.

Why should someone who lives all the way in Ft. Wayne have to travel over 100 miles to watch their home team play?

Not to mention the price of tickets compared to average income is ridiculous all while there is no option to lower the price.

  8. so much complaining about free markets and public funded stadiums. the nfl has a right to televise it's games or not, and to set ticket prices and policies for whatever reason it decides. fans have the right to buy tickets or not. if people don't buy tickets the price will come down, that's how the free market works. as far as cities paying for stadiums, businesses are given deals all the all the time to entice them to relocate or stay. why shouldn't a sports team have the same option? indianopolis wouldn't even have a team if this didn't take place when the colts left baltimore. all of this is the free market working the way it's supposed to and what made this country the best in the world!! stop complaining.

Then they need to build their own stadium. I'm not sure how much taxpayers paid for the Luke, but they should have some say in what goes on there.
  9. I worked at DSG for 2 years. If you have the tags on it you should have no trouble exchanging for the blue one.

Getting store credit for it would vary from store to store depending on the manager.

Also if they used a Scorecard to purchase it they can track the purchase that way, but it shouldn't come down to that.

  10. I think it would probably be something like 80/20 here on the Colts board. Neutral poll, far closer to even.

I went around the Chiefs' boards and I'd say a huge majority of those who commented on it thought that was a catch and fumble. I don't see how anyone could see it any other way. My brother in law who hates the Colts agreed it was definitely a catch and fumble.

I'm not complaining about the "close plays" that could be called either way. There is just no way that was an incomplete pass and not a fumble.

Unfortunately this has happened to the Colts at least 4 times this season.
