Stupid decision on behalf of the coaching staff when you're playing a rookie QB from behind on the road. Pull JT off to the side after the game and talk to him in private before benching your best offensive player when you're about to be 0-2 on the season. -

Matt Gay shouldn't have been on the field in week two. Schrader is more than capable of handling the kicking duties for a few weeks until Gay healed up from hernia surgery. How ironic is it that Matt Gay suddenly has a new injury after missing a crucial kick in last week's loss to Green Bay? -

Hire a general manager who recognizes the team's biggest weaknesses/flaws and will do whatever it takes to bring in Pro Bowl-level talent to fill in those holes.
