    I guess Jasc Animation Shop codecs do not cooperate with Windows 8.1...sigh. For once I actually miss Vista. Can't use a simple conversion of an avi video to make a gif for an ad I am working on.

      Going to try Adobe Image Ready and load up the framework there and do this the hard way.

      When my xp machine died I bought one with windows seven. Hated it. Switched to mac and love it
