  1. I hope all is well Crazy. I'm accustomed to you, over a long time, posting serious, interesting, well thought out points of view. I really appreciate that you just don't commonly go off the rails posting the goofy, out in left field stuff. Of course where we stand now we are left in a serious state of bewilderment with the state of our Colts. To me, i accept that with a Rookie QB headed our way that means a 2-3 year reset. That is the norm as a minumum. So, will Irsay push for as many wins as possible next season, or will they save some cap space for a year as if they are in a reset? CC1 with all due respect, it just takes a minute to open up spotrac or overthecap to check contract status. I too as time allows, post quickly which makes for less well thought out, even incomplete posts. Just gotta get my say in. Anyway, keep up your high hopes for our Colts and continue to stay well grounded with your perspective that is much needed here. bbz
  2. Oh, i would say everyone on our offense was misused. Hines is a gadget guy. Definitely Not a #2 RB. Seattle and GB would be good places for Hines if you want him to play offense. Moss was a good enough RB i don't care if Taylor comes back. Taylors bad ankle is scary!!!
  3. It's easy to write your negative slant. Bla! Bla! Bla! JMO that from the word HAD on you are posting dodoo. And i would say ZERO % here thinks he is irreplaceable. So you got that wrong too! Frank just didn't have it and he lead Irsay and Ballard to wrong choices. In Frank we trusted and his failure became obvious to the man that writes the checks. Kudos to Irsay for slamming the door to end his rein! And now it's time for Irsay & Ballard to adapt. BTW Leonard makes Between Raquan Smith and Fred Warner. Just the going rate. Q EARNED his contract. We will see if he bounces back under a new regime. There are only 3-4 very good teams in the NFL. And the rest trying to draft and develop their own players, and yes sign a few FA to fill the gaps to catch up. So here we are. Trying our best to get a good HC, draft a QB with great potential, and continue to build a talented Team. Like Every other team. Yawn!
  4. We dumped a way over paid, easily replaceable gadget guy for a actual solid looking RB. Moss looks like we could trade Taylor and use him as a lead RB. Just sign one of the several qualty #2's that will be available in FA, and draft another good prospect later in the draft. We could have a very solid RB core.
  5. sAM is coming through big time. I couldn't be prouder. 3 new QB's next season.
  6. No he isn't. We saw plenty of him. a jag The intellect of the posters this year is = to our record. Funny how that works.
  7. TY AK. A few of his "drops" has been just that and a couple where the ball got to him late and slightly off target where the defender got his hand in there. Maybe it is All him. Naaaa!
  8. Ryan and Pierce have been totally out of sink all season. The timing and ball placement is rarely on target.
  9. Oh, we picked everyone up but the overload to the opposite side of Taylor. Sometimes the QB will move the RB to the side of the overload! Ryan grrrrr!
  10. Could OKE Please read a play, get to his spot and make a ___ tackle. He is killing us.
  11. Kelly was the only one that could have madethe block. And Fries was doubling, so yes, a Fail by Kelly.
  12. At 9 years old i was enamored with the 64 Olympics and New world record holder Bullitt Bob Hayes. The next NFL draft the track star was drafted by the Cowboys. And there my love of the game began. Tom Landry, Bob Lilly and Doomsday, Dandy Don and many other greats, none greater than Roger, kept me hooked till Roger retired and Tom got near the end. By then i had a new all-time favorite to watch on tv locally most weekends, Walter "mak'em" Peyton. The Bears were lowly, getting me ready for our Colts one day, but he kept me loving the game, win or lose. It was the greatest thing having an Indiana NFL team and my allegiance went 100% behind our team from day 1. We had the Awesome Chris Hinton, with really good C Ray Donaldson and G Ron Solt allowing us to pound the inside with Curtis Dickey and Randy McMillan. We could have won a lot with these men, unfortunately 5 guys do not an offense make. On defense i loved how Barry Krause hammered them, he was very good. He got good help from a very tuff Cliff Odom and 2 other hard playing lineman Donnell Thompson and Johnie Cooks. After them on D, not much. Still, they kept us in some games. No My Colts didn't have near the talent as the best teams but from the beginning i had worthy players to root for and they have been My watchable Colts for all but roughly the last 5-6 C Painter (hurl) starts. Praying and Rooting for Raimann, he is in the midst of playing against one of the toughest stretch of superb pass rushers ever seen. Who wants to bet heavy that 15 year Ryan remains cool under pressure?
  13. And not man enough to add a disclaimer. He should be working somewhere else next season.
  14. Ryan does not have a "beautiful mind". Yes we want the ball out very quick he just doesn't ever seem smarter than their DC.
  15. We are still SB Eligble! My blood pressure is 156/90. Yet i feel good. I saw some positive things. LMAO Ryan starting you Irsay trashing tanker quitters.
  16. I WOULDN'T have trusted Ryans decision making or arm near the goal line either.
