Ironic? Because of budgetary cuts many (if not all) fly-overs at National Cemetaries have been cancelled. Memorial Day isn't to celebrate but to honor the veterans and to many that gave the ultimate sacrifice. We are now cancelling an honor (fly-over) the vets deserve!
