All systems are a go! Little rusty from the long layover but the OTA's and player organized (that's wife organized) mini camp were very helpful. Pork is great and fish came out perfect. Saving the ribs for tomorrow.
Whole bunch of leftovers, the ribs may have to wait another day. Now I know how Grigson and Pagano feels on cut day - I got to cut desserts? No no that stays but maybe we'll cut the vege but the corn stays........
