  1. Replay clearly showed the ball came out and Angerer was the first to touch it, but the replay did not show Angerer getting complete possession of the ball.  In fact if anything, the replay showed that Angerer got his hand on the ball but was not able to completely bring it in to his body and it definitely appeared that the Baltimore player was able to get the ball away from Angerer.  The baltimore player came out of the pile with the ball.  I have no idea how they awarded the ball to the Colts.

The replay shows him bringing it into his body and a baltimore player falling on him.  Down by possession.

  2. For getting lucky. How about all those holds, facemasks that werent called, especially the one by the endzone where it should have been pass interference for slapping to the helmet and knocking it over the eyes as the ball was coming down.  Congrats to Hilton, Avery, Fleener, and Ballard x2 for dropping wide open, in the hands balls.  Each on critical 3rd and 4th downs.  We pay them why?  Congrats to Anqwuan  Boldin for being left in One one One with Butler who kept getting beat.  Embarassing, couldnt capitalize on 2 fumbles and score anything.  Congrats for looking like trash receivers, only good receiver was Wayne.

  3. There is no scenario where we are kept out of the playoffs/  With the jets loss we are in.  If the steelers and ravens winout.  THey are both in.  Bengals win out and steelers win in final week.  Its the bengals and the ravens.    If we ALL 4 finish with a 9-7 record its the steelers and ravens and we have the 6th seed.  No matter how you try to turn it, flip it, spin it, whatever, we are in.  I personally believe it will be us against the Ravens as the 5th seed.  Then we would get Houston again if we win.

  4. How can you blame luck for anything? The man is behind one of the worst O-lines in the league, and is constantly under pressure. I think he's done great with what he's had to work with.

I can blame luck when he countlessly overthrows his open receivers and being unpressured.  Not just this last game.  he's been doing it since day one.  Why isnt he adjusting?

And im not the only one.

  5. Really you are resorting to criticizing the refs when we lost the game on our own. We held on Wayne's td, fumbled on the one, blocked punt for a td, two huge third down conversions drops by Hilton that would have put us in field goal range both times, Offensive line and Luck allowed a 10yrd sack on 2nd down to knock us out of field goal range early in the first half. And yet you are criticizing the refs? I don't get that one

I could care less about losing,  I was just as livid if not more when watching the Titans game on NFL rewind.  Even though i already knew the outcome i couldnt believe it. Theres other games that are just as bad too.  But i am complaining, win or lose.  So your argument is irrelevant.

  6. Between the game with the Titans and the game with the Texans, I am sick and tired of the Refs and their poor play calling.  Are people not allowed to even make tackles or hits after a receiver catches the ball anymore?  I was at BW3 and couldnt here but there was a hit on a receiver of the Texans after a long pass.  The guy caught it, made a football move and then took a hit.  It was all shoulder and below the head.  Yet the call a penalty for what! pass interference, personal foul?  Neither of those penalties was warranted.  You have offensive holding on the first Texans touchdown.  WR #83 while running his route reaches out and grabs onto, i believe vaughn, who was cover Johnson.  Yet no call.  And i know there are probably some blatant calls that need to be made on us.  I am completely fed up with these refs, bring back the replacements if this is what we are to expect.

On top of that I am also sick and tired of Luck being seemingly INCAPABLE of hitting his receivers, I dont know if he has depth perception issues or what, but his receivers are not 10ft tall and 10 yards farther down field.  I know he is a rookie but come on.

Are the Texans going to be a dirty team?  The first half of that game was rediculous.

2 hits on Wayne where they leaped off the ground at his head, one hit on Davis after the play was over, Massive holding on Wayne, two penalties for illlegal use of hands to the face, and again #83's holding when he was running a route.  If you have to play dirty to win, because there is no other way, your not a good team.

  7. Somewhere on this site someone posted a link about how that part of the play was not part of the 60 sec allowed reviewing time. CBS messed up their broadcasting cameras or something and that camera view or something was not able to be seen by the refs so thats why it did not get overturned.

  8. I watched that game on NFL rewind and i have to say that is one of the worst officiated games i have seen. I am not just talking about the pick 6 that should have been overturned because CBS screwed up. One where Carter was ruled down but he clearly landed on a guy and rolled over and his knee never touched, Non-calls on holding and pass interference, pass interference calls on uncatchable balls. I mean it was just horrendous. I already knew the outcome and was still getting livid at some of the calls that were being made. Even some of the commentators make comments on how bad the refs were doing this game. These refs need to start stepping it up.

  9. There is a very probably way that we will be kept out. We need to lose out first off. But then the Steelers need to win out with Cinci winning in weeks 15 and 17. If they beat the steelers we are in. The ravens could lose out and would still be in. If the bengals beat the steelers were in. Even if they lose to the Ravens. There is no need for a tie. If the Jets win out they are in. So our playoffs are far from being in the bag. The Jets have a manageable remaining schedule against the Titans, Chargers, and Bills.

  10. You are smart enough to know the answer to this question, but I'll take the bait anyway...

We are in arguably the worst division in the NFL (the AFC west could be considered).

We play a 2-11 and a 4-9 football team, twice.

The combined record of all the teams we have played is 67-86.

We played a total of 4 games against NFC teams.

Playing the Texans twice in 3 weeks at the end of the season - with the last game being on the last week - removes us from having to the face the most elite team on our schedule at full throttle at least once.

We can only say that NOW. What about when the season first started, when people were saying we had a difficult schedule? Why the flip flop? You couldnt have imagined that the teams we went up against were going to do worse than they did the year prior. Your saying, oh we have a weak schedule, but only AFTER seeing what was going down. Thats like trying to place a bet on the Texans vs Patriots game AFTER halftime. Not really a fair deal, its given to you. You have to place your bet before the game, just like judging SoS before a season.

Your argument and logic makes no sense. Good job.

Heres a rundown of the probable SoS rankings for next year.

    Titans 142 115 0.555 cardinals 140 116 0.547 Lions 139 117 0.543 Dolphins 135 221 0.527 Vikings 135 221 0.527 rams 134 122 0.523 Ravens 134 122 0.523 Cowboys 132 124 0.516 Bears 131 125 0.511 Packers 130 126 0.508 panthers 130 126 0.508 Jags 130 126 0.508 Eagles 129 127 0.504 49ers 129 127 0.504 Jets 129 127 0.507 Giants 128 128 0.5 Browns 128 128 0.5 chiefs 128 128 0.5 Seahawks 127 129 0.496 Saints 126 130 0.492 Bills 125 131 0.488 Steelers 124 132 0.484 Redskins 122 134 0.477 bucs 122 134 0.477 Texans 120 136 0.469 Bengals 118 138 0.461 raiders 118 138 0.461 Patriots 111 145 0.433 chargers 116 140 0.453 Colts 114 142 0.445 Broncos 108 148

    0.422 falcons 105 151 0.41

  11. We have a princess schedule in a cupcake conference.

    in your own words....

    "4 games against NFC teams...."

Love it when people null their own arguments while talking....

How does this null my own argument?

    Packers: .692

    Bears: .615

    Vikings: .538

    Lions:.308

    Texans: .846

    Titans: .308

    Jags: .154

    Patriots: .762

    Dolphins: .385

    Jets: .462

    Bills: .385

    Chiefs: .154

    Browns: .385

= .456 average. but probably end at around .460 or above.

Again, we had the 14th hardest schedule with 7 games against quality opponents.

And if the princess division your talking about is the NFC North then your nuts. They are the 2nd best, if not the best division in the NFC right now. So please explain where i nulled my own argument?

  12. The easy schedule is a rediculous argument. We have 6 games in the division, constant. We have 4 games with another division in the AFC, designed on a rotational basis. We have 4 games with a division in the NFC, designed on a rotational basis. We have 2 games, only two games in the AFC where we face a team who placed the same as us. And our SoS was still tied 14th in the league when the season started. The Redskins had the easier schedule at like 26. That argument is toast before it even comes out of the persons mouth.

  13. AFC:

    1. Texans

    2. Patriots

    3. Broncos

    4. Steelers

    5. Ravens

    6. Colts

    NFC:

    1. Falcons

    2. Packers

    3. 49ers

    4. Skins

    5. Bears

    6. Giants

    Wildcard Round:

    Colts @ Denver: Denver

    Ravens @ Steelers: Steelers

    Giants @ 49ers: 49ers

    Bears @ Skins: Bears

    Divisional Round:

    Broncos @ Patriots: Broncos

    Steelers @ Txans: Texans

    Bears @ Falcons: Falcons

    49ers @ Packers: Packers

    Conference championships:

    Broncos @ Texans: Broncos

    Packers @ Falcons: Falcons

    Superbowl:

    Broncos @ Falcons: Broncos

  14. The comparison is somewhat rediculous. while he holds a better QBR, he has fewer yards. 17 TD, 4 INT, and 10 Fumbles. Luck is the same minus the interceptions. But RG3 has 8 games under 250, 4 under 200 and 1 under 100 yards. Luck has 8 over 250, 6 over 300 and 1 over 400. With only 4 games under 250 and 1 under 200. RG3 has 218 completions and averaging 8.19 ypa. Luck has 279 but 7.15 ypa. Redskins have the better team on paper, but the Colts have won more games. Their Strength of schedules are comparable though.
