The same philosophy works for a strange engine sound in your car. Cancel your appointment & your car will sound like it's on it's last leg, but drive it in & have the mechanic look at it & your car will roar & purr like you are about to race her at the Indianapolis 500.
Yes you'll feel better after arriving, look at all the patients sitting in the waiting room! Yes it's crowded and they look sicker than you! Yesterday I witnessed the "Rule of the Locker room", yup only two guys there and we both had a locker next to each other.
