    The WCO offense isn't necessarily exclusively short routes. It does use short routes to set up intermediate and deeper routes. So much of it depends on Pep's version of the WCO. No one really runs the Bill Walsh WCO anymore. Andy Reid has his own version (which I really like for our personnel). As I have stated in other threads....our offensive roster is very similar to Philly's. If I am not mistaken, the Packers also run a version of the WCO.

    The Dolphins run a version and the Jets will be next year. It is hard to say what Pep's version will be. He was somewhat limited with his WRs at Stanford (though he had good TEs). I am hoping Reggie will be a Jeremy Maclin, TY a Desean Jackson, Brazil/Adams an Avant, etc. I would imagine we would also go to a zone blocking scheme.

    We will probably see some high/low with Reggie and TY as well. This should give TY some opportunity for yards after the catch.

    The receivers you mentioned from the eagles wish to be the receivers you named from the colts.

    Desean had 1 good year and has been devon hester on offense at best. Maclin is probably saved by Collie from being the receiver who is most made of glass.

    I get what you are trying to say but your post loses all validity with a comparison and wish like that ;)

    Here we go with this so called "college style" offense again. Can someone please tell me the definition of a college style offense? This is a pro game with pro players. If a college style offense was so easy to run in the pros don't you think every team would be doing it and winning games?

    Nope you need the right style quarterback.

    Tebow, Newton and Brown all had success running a college style offense for about half a year then the pros had tape on them and put a stop to it.

    Go watch another team play. I may of been upset at the end result, but this team is FULL of rookies and I'm darn proud of what they did. Would I of liked them to play better? Of course. Was I expecting a win? Not at all. I would of liked it to happen, but I didn't expect it at all.

    These are kids fresh out of college going against guy's that have been doing this for years. Cheer up. The season isn't over by any means, and we still have 6 more weeks of football. We can easily go 4-2 or 5-1 in these next set of games. Manning didn't beat Brady this season either, and guess what? Denver's season ISN'T OVER.

    If you wanna proclaim the sky is falling and that we're terrible, then go root for another team.

    The TRUE and REAL fans will still be here supporting the Colts each week, and I darn sure know I'll be wearing my Luck jersey all the time. Win or lose, I'm here. :blueshoe:

    So because the game was out of hand and it was time to sing happily birthday to my daughter and i turned the game office rather than pause, like i would have if it was close, i am not a true fan?

    How about you worry about you and not so much everyone else. Those who need to say they are TRUE and REAL usually are trying to cover up.
