  1. Ballard's buddy Lance Zierlein gives the Colts Anthony Richardson at 4 in his latest mock draft : https://www.nfl.com/news/lance-zierlein-2023-nfl-mock-draft-2-0-ravens-trade-lamar-jackson-to-falcons-dra?campaign=Twitter_atn
  2. I don't think any of the QBs in this draft are worth such a trade. But at the end of the day if the guy turns into a franchise QB, nobody would care what we gave up to get him.
  3. I think it will be EXTREMELY hard to move up to 1 without giving up our next year's 1st. And I don't want to do that for any of those QBs. I kind of value our next year's 1st higher than this years' first... or at least at similar level. I think moving back might cost Ballard's job on the spot. (but I'm with you in general - I don't think it's the worst thing that can happen).
  4. From what I'm getting Houston actually wants Young.... supposedly. And if Houston trades to 1 for Young.. .we might be able to avoid giving up a 1st for Stroud (if he's the one we want). Richardson?
  5. I think he has some sort of connection with Peyton and there are some rumors Irsay loves Levis(possibly because of Peyton.)
  6. It's almost more suspicious when he says he hasn't had formal meeting with the Colts when he's met with over 20 other teams formally. I think teams have to declare their official meetings with players because they have a limit of how many they can meet. It's interesting the Colts decided to not meet him on the record... BTW, Levis said he hasn't had official meeting with the Colts too... it's possible they met with him informally too.... I almost feel like it's overkill because everybody knows we are interested in drafting a QB. No idea why they would be hiding it.
  7. The weirdest thing in that Rich Eisen interview was.. when he was asked if he has talked to the Colts... there was noticeable hesitation in Richardson's voice about what to share and what not to share. He said he's not had a formal interview with us, but he met with them informally... and added he worked out for them?! When? How? I don't think anybody else had that information before... Wonder if the Colts are trying to keep their interest in Richardson on the down low... How about Coleridge Stroud?
  8. Bears: I swear we are getting amazing offers. The going rate right now is 3 firsts, 3 seconds and 2 pro-bowlers! You better make your offer now, before we actually make the trade...
  9. Hi, I will play but with the timing I will probably need to send my picks to the commissioner in advance like last year.
  10. IMO it would be hard to get a 1st from Houston. If you are able to get 1st from Houston, the Colts won't be able to beat that IMO.
  11. Possible but quite honestly I don't see Ballard willing to give that much up. I also am factoring in the drop between 4 and 5 with the available prospects. I think staying in the top 4 gives the Bears extra value, because of the specifics of the draft. It's more than a usual 4-5 difference. I personally don't think I would do it if it involves 2024 1st at all. You cannot afford to be the team that trades its 1st round pick in a draft with 2 potential generational talents at QB. Yes. You cannot rely on it happening. But IMO you also shouldn't be giving away that pick. It's too valuable for a team that just finished with the 4th worst record and will likely be starting a rookie QB. I don't think this crop of QBs deserves that type of investment. They all have significant drawbacks and flaws.
  12. Agreed. Needs a lot of work... but the potential is tantalizing.
  13. JSN... if he falls to the second... those routes... those hands...
  14. For Richardson supposedly never having a good game he has really high PFF grade for the season BTW... 80.1. That's about 15 12 points higher than Will Levis' 2022 season. Another interesting grade on Richardson - PFF grade of 91.8 on playaction passes for the season(highest in the SEC... this includes Bryce Young). Something, something, Steichen, playaction, something...
  15. You asked if he's "ever had a good college game...like at all...in his career"... Do you want more? vs Eastern Washington vs LSU
  16. I'm not sure I want to engage, because I don't know if you are doing this in good faith or just trying to pick up a fight for no reason. Anthony Richardson vs Utah is a pretty good Anthony Richardson game.
  17. Watch the first 5 seconds and make your own conclusion. I've never felt like he's trying to push any particular narrative. He picks both positive and negative things and analyses what he sees.
  18. He just released video on Anthony Richardson vs Kentucky(one of Richardson's worst games):
  19. OK, apologies that I tagged you then. Hope others enjoy it more...
  20. Eh, I still haven't watched. Just saw he released a video on him and I thought you would enjoy since you seem to be his biggest fan here. If you want just positive stuff, I guess you can always put on a highlight video of him. I thought legit analysis with actual good film(all-22) by someone who knows what they are talking about would be appreciated. I doubt it's just negatives, even if Bennett didn't play his best game in this one... I don't see what his incentive is to trash Stetson Bennett specifically...
