    He shows signs of being good, but he's a rookie. Situationally speaking, he has to get better. Being boring in spots can win you games. Manning/Dungy were boring and machine like in similar spots, but walked away with the W more often than not.

    As far as the calls go, we got away with stuff at the end in Baltimore. It evens out.

    Between the early TD run and that drive in the 4th, they had like 55 yards.

    Like any promising rookie, Steichen is really good at times, really bad at times. They just signed their QB off the street 5 weeks ago. Against a dude off the street, you don't need to be kicking 60 yard FGs with 11:00 left in the 2nd quarter or getting aggressive out of your own end zone when you get the ball to start the 2nd half. The only way the Browns win that game is if you give them field position and points. Steichen will learn to take a boring win when it's in front of him.

    And you're playing against a guy just signed off the street, not Mahomes. Bad situational awareness from Steichen in spots turned the game. Steichen will learn to take a boring W when it's in front of him.

    Yeah, we could have won the game in boring fashion, but Steichen Steichened. You then had some crazy stuff with the refs at the end. I wish I had gone to the birthday party with you. Lol
