    I agree. The Raiders biggest issue was their head coach and QB situation. They should’ve never tossed Carr out the door. They’ve got super stars on both offense in Jacobs and Adams and Crosby for defense. We don’t have any super star caliber player besides Taylor, and he’s yet to return to his 2021 form.

    I have a feeling in my soul that it’s sadly going to be Steelers and Bills in with us and everyone else on the outside.

    Kind of sounds like wishful thinking… I think this year has proven you can’t predict anything when it comes to all of these bubble teams. We could show up and ball out or end up getting destroyed.

    I’m happy with Pittman and Downs, but yeah defensive end just isn’t sticking. Frustrating because we’ve had good moments, but our guys just haven’t turned into the game wreckers we’ve been expecting.

    Christmas football has come in like a stormy blizzard… proving that no team is a clear cut Super Bowl favorite. A lot of teams got humbled…

    That was some of the things I was reading while Browning was playing so well. “Oh it must be the system, this is making Burrow look bad, blah blah blah…” Utter nonsense and it goes to show a lot of football fans have memory loss I guess.

    No clue honestly, had my grandparents over for a Xmas dinner and we had such a good time laughing and playing cards that we forgot the game was even on lol…

    Incredible to think that pretty much from the onset of the Ravens existing, they’ve be contenders. One of the most successful franchises in the league, and they’re one of the youngest.

    Maybe we could borrow the Vikings scouting department since they know how to find WRs?

    Maybe McLaurin from the Commanders? He’s a hometown kid born and raised in Indianapolis.

    I pray you’re right. I just have a very bad feeling we’re walking into the end of the 2021 season yet again.

    This Raiders team was considered a contender going into the season. They’d have a better record had McDaniels not been the coach at the beginning of the year. I see a team that is going to give us all we can handle next week…

    Any thoughts on who we would target in a trade? I’m down with this idea that we need someone who can take over a game when necessary. Right now, most of our receivers are slightly on the slower side and not something opposing defensive coordinators are losing sleep over…

    Nearly all players seem to dislike the extra week of games. From a personal standpoint, most of my family doesn’t watch games during the holidays. Too much going on to sit and watch.

    Yep. Our zone defense just cannot compete with a modern NFL offense. Vikings were able to beat up the Raiders with a mix of brute force and blitz packages. We have neither the talent or the scheme to stop them.

    Unpopular opinion: I think all teams should have an extra bye week for Christmas. Then return to play on New Years. Also, I’m having a difficult time seeing how we can matchup well against the Raiders who have Crosby, Adams and Jacobs…

    I hate that. Steelers will somehow run the table and get in… again…

    I guess the good news is that the entire AFC South has lost so far today. Bucs in the lead against Jags at the moment.

    They sure did. I wonder how much more favored the Raiders will be against us next week. Aiden O’Connell is going to look like a God.
