  1. Ironically it was the AFC South that stood in his way most of the time.
  2. Going with Bagent tonight. That’s not to say he’ll really win the game… more like the Panthers will find a way to lose the game.
  3. Gibbs was just built different. That man could coach anyone. I hate when coaches get fired. I was even sad when we (The Bengals) had to let Marvin Lewis go. There's only one man I've ever been happy about being fired, and that happened last week after Halloween.
  4. He really does look super depressed. I honestly hate it. When we first hired him he was full of life and had a fire to him. The NFL has unfortunately passed him by it seems. He needs to take a step back and evaluate his process.
  5. I can't see anyone else getting fired mid-season except for Reich. Unless it's a complete disaster and the players are having team meetings to file grievances then most will have jobs until Black Monday... What McDaniel's was doing was so egregious it looks like Davis basically had no choice. McCarthy could be gone if the Boys miss the playoffs, but that seems unlikely. Matt LaFleur is a name I'm starting to hear for hot seat talk. I agree with Arthur Smith. He just doesn't have it. Eberflus and River Boat Ron both appear to be reaching the ends of their tenure. I think the franchises let things play out though to passively tank. Reich is in trouble the most in my opinion, and it's more due to Tepper being a control freak and not realizing that hedge funds do not translate to success in the NFL. If the Panthers play exceptionally bad tonight on national TV vs. Tyson Bagent... It might be the final time Reich is called into Tepper's office.
  6. I’d say if we limit our turnovers, play mistake free and manage to hit on a couple of runs between Taylor and Moss we *should* win. But if we try to get too cute on both sides of the ball we could be in for a rough one. Defense has to do something though. Jones isn’t going to make the same mistakes Young did…
  7. Looks like it’s up to #99 to get home, and for #23 to finish. Jones is moving much slower this season than before, gotta get to him and knock him down. Teams seem to be having success running on us as of late. Panthers did pretty well in that department, so I expect to see Stevenson often.
  8. My fantasy team has Hurts, Brown, Mostert, Smith and the Eagles D… all on the bench this weekend for a bye… Meanwhile my replacements all are questionable or out except Dak… Higgins Questionable… Collins Questionalble… Downs Out… Smith-Njigba Questionable…
  9. I'm worried about @PrincetonTiger... Also @crazycolt1... I know they've had health issues.
  10. And to be fair, that was a really bad decision throw by Young at the end when that interception happened. Most NFL players would intercept that...
  11. Feels like a double edged sword honestly... Some are upset he's not getting a chance, others will be upset if he does get the chance.
  12. Do we think Bradley is just having a hard time figuring out how Shaq fits in this defense?
  13. Good to see Smith practicing again, but it probably would be best to let him rest up even more going into the bye. He's been banged up...
  14. Absolutely. Michael is working within the parameters that are set for him. And he's been doing a good job all things considered. I look for him to be targeted often in the New England game. I just hope Steichen has some creative plays dialed up on offense.
  15. Vrabel comes off as a smug jackwagon sometimes, but he's a good coach and a good man. Loves his players and they love him. Seems pretty darn intelligent too. I'd be okay if he was out of our division lol...
  16. Thursday Night Football Panthers 16 vs. Bears 19 This is why I'm going with the Bears. Reich's offense is so antiquated it's damaging Young's development... International Game Colts 21 vs. Patriots 18 Sunday Games Browns 17 vs. Ravens 25 Texans 17 vs. Bengals 38 49ers 21 vs. Jaguars 27 Saints 20 vs. Vikings 14 Packers 10 vs. Steelers 14 Titans 19 vs. Buccaneers 13 Falcons 3 vs. Cardinals 0 Lions 31 vs. Chargers 28 Giants 0 vs. Cowboys 73 Commanders 20 vs. Seahawks 23 Sunday Night Football Jets 14 vs. Raiders 23 Monday Night Football Broncos 20 vs. Bills 33 Teams on a bye: Chiefs, Rams, Dolphins, Eagles Season Total: 78-58
  17. Down here in Inditucky, we pronounce it Loo-wah-vull... And Versailles is Ver-sails... And Milan is Migh-lan...
  18. More and more stuff is coming to light with this man. They did Derek Carr dirty, including Michael Lombardi… Seems like Lombardi and Brest and a lot of the media were in denial and defending McDaniels, when it should’ve been the other way around.
  19. In all seriousness, this seems highly unlikely to happen. I would think Bill has earned the right to finish out the year. Besides, if the team ends up in the top 5 of the draft, they get a shiny new QB to help start a rebuild. This game kind of feels like a trap for us though. Weird stuff usually happens when we play the Patriots, and usually we're on the losing side of that weird stuff.
  20. To me, and some of the NFL analysts agree, the Jags offense isn't reaching their full potential. The current question is who have they really beaten? The Bills look like shells of their former selves. Beating us doesn't seem like that big of an accomplishment. They got blown out by Stroud and the Texans, and lost to Kansas... The Falcons are... the Falcons... We'll see. They need to show up against the 49ers. And down the road they have a date with Burrow and the Bengals. I have no doubt the Jags win the division with their schedule though.
