  1. Lots of RBs fumble. In fact even many great running backs have fumbling issues. Heck Murray in Dallas has fumbling issues.

Murray's biggest knock is his fumbling issues.

Well, you said "it wasn't a bad move...". I'm saying it most certainly was a very bad move and I'm quite sure Grigson would agree. And it's really not water under the bridge if we keep sticking with Trent week after week and he continues to do jack %.

Opinions are like. Well... you know. You can't have one back in on every single snap that would be unrealistic. Tipton was playing on special teams so Trent was the next man in line. I'm not to know what Grigson thinks of the situation other than to say I imagine he would like the numbers to be much better. You live and learn from such things.

  2. Skelly..listen to what you just said Watt has scored ONLY 3 Tds on offense and aonly a couole of special teams points

    Nothing too special??

If he had 10 that would be something. Now I like JJ, and the man is darn good at his job... but Rogers is the MVP this year. The guy makes his team that 100x better whereas JJ plays only make his marginally better.

  3. It was a terrible move. No sugar coating it. The pick would not have been Manziel for us, who the Browns chose with the pick is irrelevant.

I'm not going to defend the man because he leaves a lot to be desired, but there are a lot of players who don't work out too well... and some are even worse. It is all water under the bridge now. We will all move on, and be better for it in the long run.

  4. In the future NFL Network will have a "Top 10 Worst Trades of All Time" and the Trent Richardson trade will likely be pretty high.

It sucks to think what that pick may have been.

The pick turned out to be Manziel so that isn't worth much to us, and who knows what the Colts would have done... or if it would have panned out. It wasn't a bad move when you take into account the fact that he has moved the ball along with Bradshaw, but the run game needed to improve a lot. I think Boom is the answer.

He is also a lot cheaper.

  5. Boom had 8 carries for 88 yards with an average of 11 yards with the worst being one in which he ran into Harrison's back. That is what we have needed all year, and the return game has also helped a lot. Coach needs to stick with what works.

  6. Gordy has to go after this season they should've kept purifoy on the roster I don't care what he did wrong gordy is trash plain and simple we need somebody better

Get used to Gordy for a while if Vontae has a concussion which is what I heard. I'm not a fan, and wish they did have someone else at corner. Toler drives me nuts too with all his penalties.

  7. Lets be honest guys...Watt is playing offense, defense and special teams....He's the MVP

But I'll take a 'Lucky' 5,000 yards and 50 TDs

Yeah, but that is because they need a spark... and he has only scored 3 times on offense I think. So there is nothing too special there.

  8. But to our credit..6 sacks, 5 forced fumbles (1 recovered) and held Morris to 67 yards.

I was shocked the Washington didn't give Morris the ball more, but aside from a game... or two the rush defense has been pretty good while pass defense has been a problem.

  9. We have to beat the browns next week. We need pittsburgh to beat cincy.

Bench Harrison put in Holmes. Go colts!

Harrison has looked good the problem to me is guys like Reitz and Cherilus, but after a sloppy start they got better as the game went on.

  10. The NE game was at home, and so was today's game

Anything can happen but these sloppy games really have to stop. Slow Starts & Sloppy Games are gonna be the downfall

Your posts used to be fun to read, but something has happened in the last few months... I just want to know if you would you like to sit and talk about it?!?

  11. You can teach ball security, you can't teach vision.

    Boom needs ball security classes

Richardson needs a class on how to deal with unemployment cause he'll be there soon. He's got to go

Richardson will be here through his rookie contract because they don't have to pay the guy a whole hell of a lot, and in the open he is able to pick up yards. He lacks the ability to run behind this o-line... when guys like Boom can. I think I'd rather just use Richardson as the back on passing downs, or at the goal line. Although Pep loves him so no back set down there which drives me nuts.

  12. Yeah, I agree

Move forward with Boom & Tipton

Accept the loss with the Richardson trade, I'm done defending him. 3rd string RB looks better than a 1st round pick? What world does that happen in?

In this one which the 3rd string guy is pretty darn fast, and good at what he does. The only knock on Boom is those fumbles which need to be cleaned up.

  13. The QB of whoever wins in today's Patriots vs Packers game will win MVP. JJ Watt should get, (he has been the Most valuable player)but he won't. He's a defensive player on an average team, MVP almost always goes to an offensive guy.

Brady shouldn't win it either. If you take him off that team they still win a few, but if you take Rogers away from Green Bay they are in trouble with that defense.

  14. and tell Skip Bayless...Andrew has thrown just 11 interceptions..in almost 500 attempts

    MVP numbers

(but lets be honest, JJ Watt's going to get it)

I think it goes to Rogers. Defensive players don't stand a chance of getting the MVP award in this day and age, and the last one to get it was LT. OJ was the last to get it for a non playoff team, but the Bills were still above 500.

/Skip doesn't deserve to be talked about as the guy is pretty fake.
