  1. You and your paranoia about injuries.....

If guys like Antonio Brown can return, so can Moncrief.

I was advocating early on for Moncrief because I thought it would give him some major experience, but they seem to not want to play him too much as a receiver either. If you won't put him ahead of Nicks at least let him return kicks, Coach Pagano. Then use Whalen as a potential pass catcher on third down.

  2. IMO Caldwell is the real coach of the year, so far.

Looking back.....we put an awful lot of blame on him too here. Ouch, even I did. :bag: We used him as a huge scapegoat for everything that went wrong.

He has gotten better though with time based on what I have seen. And he was a good fit for an immature yet talented Lions team who needed a more calming influence at times I feel. So many seem to want coaches to scream and shout all the time. Thats not always the answer.....

Jim Caldwell has done a good job, but what Arians has done is more remarkable if you ask me... and Arizona has done it with multiple quarterbacks. The most impressive thing about Coach Caldwell this year is that he seems to have found a whole new range of emotion. I guess Detroit is where he was meant to be, and I'm glad the man and team is doing well.

  3. Probably because he wanted to stick with QB's that just are not very good...Rex Grossman........Josh Mccown as starters, Decent backups in the short term can win you a few games...Franchise QB's no

Good ol' sexy Rexy. The Bears sure do like those Indiana boys at quarterback don't they?

  4. Offense gets an B+, and can still use some improvement on the o-line... and run game both yardagewise/fumbling.
Defense gets a C because the pass defense is still iffy mostly due the play at the safety spots. Davis is the star.
Special teams gets a big A+. because Adam Vinatieri still has not missed a field goal, and Pat McAfee being the best punter in the game.

  5. Reminds me of when the saints shellacked us in 2011 62-7. Packers may get that many points

That game was horrible. I went back to see the highlights to refresh my memory, and seeing St. Painter getting the ball snapped into his face was more painful than I recalled.

  6. No doubt, 6 tds in one half for Rogers he is about to have a new record in the nfl. Also, someone predicted that he'd all break the all time record for most passing yards in a game. He has 315 at the half so if he continues he will definitely have that record as well.

Are the Bears just really this bad I mean holy cow...even the bucs wouldn't be this bad or the jags

I don't see the Bears improving any, and Rogers will get pulled... but I'd let him throw td number 8 at least.
