The problem with the BPA decision Grigson/Irsay/Pagano made is what if the BPA was a QB? Dumbest logic. You fill the most

pressing need(s) with the BPA at that (those) positions. Can anyone say they followed the BPA strategy when picking Werner or

trading a #1 for TRich?

I give him one more year. Four years is enough of a trial period to know if he has an eye for talent or not. So far, he has been a D- GM

In five years when the Colts get to one SB and lose, we will all remember fondly the talent that Grigson brought to the Colts. We have arguably the most gifted QB in football with a solid offensive nucleus and a GM who can't find the talent to take advantage

of those assets. I give him a D-. Not an F because as bad as he is, Luck is a gem who he drafted, although I would have liked to have been a fly on the wall when he had to decide between Luck & RG3

On what basis can anyone say TRich has potential or talent?  He dances in place until a hole opens up.  Works in college not in the pros.  Any doubts, watch the great ones who hit the holes full tilt.  It will be interesting to see if Grigson will live up to his presser commitment to evaluate performance and act accordingly, since he was the responsible for giving up the single most valuable asset you have to acquire talent, a #1 draft choice

Yes Chuck, all the players did indeed take a step closer in 2014.  But this group of players with some notable exceptions are not the players that are going to make it to the SB in 2015. Two number ones did not even dress for this game, Werner & TRich. Nor will it get to the SB with Grigson making player selections and you coaching. This game was no surprise if you examine the losses this year, New England, Dallas, Eagles, & Broncos & Steelers, and the way they lost those games.  Also they won games  against division teams with losing records as well as the Browns, the Redskins, the Giants.  I think we're looking at a team that will break hearts for as long as Luck, Hilton, and a few others stick around and stay healthy.

I can't question Luck's decision making in the midst of a play.  Nor can I question Pep's not calling his number.  What seems to have  worked real well in the past few games is Luck's patience and his check downs to the TE's & RB's.  It seems our wide outs are tying up the DB's & safeties deep.  My concern facing us is defense.  Bjoern Werner (26 snaps) should be benched in favor of Newsome (50 snaps).  Newsome's motor is incredible while I don't know if Werner was credited with a single tackle.  They won't do it because it would expose the second wasted #1 draft choice that Grigson is responsible for, T-Rich the other (who didn't dress for the Bronco game)

TRich should be come a dance instructor. His feet move faster in place than any back in the league.  Thanks Mr. Grigson for absolutely giving away the most valuable asset you have when building a team.  This guy can't spell talent no less spot it.  Tipton & Herron will have moments in a game but no defensive coordinator is going to lose sleep over these 2 guys. Ballard may be OK at best, but his health is a real issue.
