      Thanks for explaining the holiday. Is it always a 4 day weekend?

      No. Its only one day (15. March), but as it is Thursday this year, Friday is "trans-located" to next Saturday, so this Friday is a day off, (or "bye")and we are having a weekend of 4 days in exchange next Saturday will be a regular working day.
