I’m not thrilled with the whole JT situation, in fact I was ready to see him go and was hoping someone would make an offer Ballard couldn’t refuse, but it didn’t happen. I believe in being a man of your word, he signed a contract, play it out, that simple. I think a something’s going on with him and he wants a payday now. But for anyone to insinuate that a healthy JT is average

Yep his play calling was horrendous. 9/8, didn’t make the playoffs. Ol’ run it up the middle Reich calls were predictable, if it wasn’t for an above average RB(in 21), they wouldn’t have gone as far as they did. Wentz didn’t help. * And I said another element, meaning more than one issue. Oline also didn’t help, but there were also a lot of moving pieces there.

The Oline didn’t turn the ball over, twice. There was also another element last year working against the team, our ex coach/offensive coordinator.

This team is starting to give me Cubbies of old vibes, although with better defense. Arizona is supposed to be one of the worst teams this season(although Bryant has been out a good amount) why are the Cubs in the struggle bud against them?

PCA seems to be the real deal!!! I think even Suzuki was like “where in the world did he come from” on that second amazing catch!!! He can close ground quickly!

Bummed to see Candelario and Alzolay hurt, hope they can recover and come back and make an impact. Candelario has played well and provides a spark for sure! Canario is no joke, has some power, could be a great addition this time of year. And Wow, Crow Armstrong playing center and had an amazing catch already, very nice! Just got an RBI too. Are you basing this off of the last few years when he’s had mediocre talent at QB, Coach/Offensive coordinator and a porous o line? I think he’s done pretty good all things considered, provides that spark and attitude that the team needs, and if targeted more he will produce. He ALWAYS fights for extra yards after catching the ball, and is quicker than people give him credit for. He had zero targets the first half, maybe he wasn’t getting open, or Richardson just needed to settle down. Hopefully they utilize him more the rest of the season.
