So all the merchandising and ads on radio, TV and in print are useless? Have you ever spent one second at a game? Baseball and college sports are bigger gangsters than the NFL. They are not only twisting your arm but every kids arm even more.

This has been the NFL's way to hustle fans money. Some teams don't change and some like the Jets change just to cash in. The Colts black helmet is reflective of what I am saying. How many days and nights was this change discussed? Perhaps the accounting dept. decided they were short on cash then BANG! fade to black. If you are going to change then change with style in mind. Perhaps a picture of Mr. Ed on the sides of the helmets would be more fitting.🐴

I was never comfortable with the Irsay name starting with his old man when he snuck out of Baltimore. Add Jim Irays romance with drugs and alcohol I wonder what impact they have had on his rational thinking. As a life-long Colts fan I find myself now just as an observer with one eye closed. The Colts lived off the fat of Manning and Luck and has been a train wreck since. Nothing left to do but sit and watch.

This is odd, I read the ticker tape on ESPN saying the Colts are saying JT has back pain and may not pay him while JT claims he has no back pain. This does not sound like the two sides are friendly.

Watching the NFL Network this Sunday JT & Irsay were in the Colts trailer talking contract. Ian Rappaport sounded mostly negative about the extension question.

I enjoy the jabs between Chris Simms and Boomer Esiason who are very close friends. I can do without Ray Lewis.

I would set the odds at 70/30 that he does not finish the season. From what I read his left leg is not normal related to his back nerve surgery. Nobody here knows the details of the nerve but repeated surgery for nerves in the back is seldom positive and in many cases the issue worsens. Doctors can't fix everything. Very sad indeed.
