    Any Halloween Plans?!

    Do you all have any Halloween plans? As I am just going to give out candy. Or going to the church where I go and just walk around. I also will be dressing up as a beatnik. It is a nice alternative IMHO! Don't know about you all! But if you ask, a beatnik is like a pre-hippie of the 1950s-1960s. Those that are baby boomers would know that LOL! Would love to hear your plans!

    Not the End of the World!

    Colts may have lost but it is not the end of the world. Far from it. As really the Luck and Pagano era has begun. But they have fifteen more games rest. So do not think it is the end of the world. In fact, far from it!

    We are going to have it on Christmas Eve. As my brother and brother in law, are both firemen and have to work on Christmas. And have to also in 2013, work on Christmas and Thanksgiving both! That is the lives of a public servant you see! If you work in public service as a fireman, law enforcement, or EMT.
    But seriously, what do you all plan on Christmas. We are going to celebrate it at our parents house and have all fourteen of us to just be together. As we all do so. Each and every year. Like I sad on Christmas Eve. Would love to hear of your plans! Thanks!

    I would hate to take a guess. But I say that the number. Will be very, very high. On the Bounty Gate thing. As the players and suspensions will come mainly from nearly all of the defense. If not, ALL OF THEM. As it seems that the suspensions and fines are going to be handed down to them. And very hard one might add.

    In light and wake of the CO tragedy in Auora, we need to realize. That it is not guns but the people that DO THE SHOOTING that are at fault. As it is how you use a gun. Whether good or bad! As I can't stand being around guns and that even toy guns make me skirmish. Ask AZ in 2011, VT in 2007, or Columbine in 1999. Thoughts and prayers are with those that lost loved ones on Thursday night.
    Twelve dead and fifty-nine wounded. Let's remember them and not the person that did it.

    Now that we may be getting Luck as a QB, just a BIG definate it seems. We need to realize that the team is now on a new era. And letting go of several players in the process. Shows that we need to cut the team slack. And help them to move on. While they are going in a new era and generation. Praying that the team will return to it's winning ways.

    You see, the season may be over. But for JPPT1974's blogs, there is NO I mean, NO SUCH THING as an off-season. Sure I will blog on other things besides football. Because there is more to life than that. As blos never have nor never ever, will have off-seasons. As the blogs are usually 24/7. Thought I might give you all the heads up! No off-season for the blogs! Hope it will tie you all down before the camps kick off in the late summer!

    Seems as though that the Colts and the rest of the staff and players. Are cleaning out house. As they got rid of Dallas Clark, Gary Brackett, and Joseph Addai. As seems that they all went with Manning. Not the same team of course. But they hopefully will land on their feet with other teams. Good luck to them. It has been such a great ride. Hope they all land on their feet again.

    Wierd Kind Of Weather!

    Don't know about you all and your neck of the woods. But here in the Southeast, we are having one day rain, and cold. The next, warm and sunny. Really a lot of people could say it could go on global warming. But who knows why of the wierd weather we are having these days. What is your weather like in your neck of the woods?!

    I did not as I want to avoid the rush and the crowds. Those that went, I commend you over it. But that is not my cup of tea. Sorry! But sure that Small Town Business Saturday and Cyber Monday will be up and fast. Just really don't want to get in the hustle and bustle of it all!

    I have not had Japanese food in three months or over. Will try to get some. When my parents are out of town. As I love that kind of food. Though don't get it as much! But will try to get some for lunch. As the food is expensive during the dinner hours.

    I didn't as they are so overrated. And long despite this year's show being shorter than ever. It usually lasts about until 1am it seems. But who would ever want to sit through a silent movie these days. Has to have the stomach to do that. Just want you all's take if you did or didn't watch it!

    The Original LT aka Lawrence Taylor is so broke. That he can not make payments along with troubled criminal past. As he is selling not just one but two Super Bowl rings. Possibly to pay his criminal defense team. As he is facing some criminal charges. Really sad story for him!

    In case you are thinking where is JPPT1974?! As that is where I will be. As I will be at the beach with my family. Really love the beach. Though I don't like camping as I find it boring. But camping at the beach with family is fun. Got a new camper!

    Do you all watch the tv season? As the tv season is wrapping up. February, May, and November are the Sweeps period. May is usually the finale period. What shows are you watching in finales? As I love "Survivor." Would love to hear from you all!

    Dick Clark 1929-2012

    RIP Dick as hope you Colts fans really know that. He was ahead of his time. And that he was also a visionary. Not just a host but a producer and a shrewd businessman. Who was very humble and really seemed like a great guy. Remember watching him on American Bandstand and New Year's Eve shows. Now the latter shows will never be the same without him. RIP to the Oldest American Teenager!

    'Any plans for Valentine's Day for you all? As not much for me. As a single person. As I love being single. But that's another story. But hope you all have a great and a safe Valentine's if you do anything with your spouse or significant other.
