I agree. It's more difficult when the poster is new and we really don't know them.

But there are creepy people out there so, it's always best to keep your distance from people who behave strangely

definitely ran across a few of those in the past..lol..but you guys do a great job of keeping law and order. Thank you!

I learned this reality in Graduate school obtaining my first Master's thesis:

Never do anything spiteful or vengeful in nature when you are upset. Take a break, walk away, and cool your jets. Passionate can always be expressed in a calm manner once you gain some distance and perspective on a topic you care deeply about.

I learned quite a while ago about making my email available. I was in real estate at the time and getting your email out to everyone is a goal. This person took our disagreement from forum to my email and was powerfully combative. I eventually changed my email. At the bottom line this as about control, pure and simple. Some out there have a lack of control in their lives and by causing disruption and inciting internet combat, they obtain some amount of control.
