Other teams can see that. If Dobbs, or anyone, were actually challenging Ballard from time to time, you might see a change in approach occasionally.

It's his approach in general - sit back and take no risks. Let it come to you. Ballard's record - Leonard and Nelson looked like amazing picks at the time, but it was short-lived. Ballard hit on Taylor, but even that turned into a mess. There isn't much else to jump up and down about, honestly - a few nice picks here and there. Not much success on the field either. At some point, your record is what it is.
