    Heck I think the best player on the team right now ( outside of DeFo) is josh downs. The kid consistently has 3 yards separation. His film so far is amazing. His football IQ must be through the charts.

    I said it before and I’ll say it again. Minshew is actually regressing as the season goes. I’ve seen enough to know that I’m sure Sam can’t be worse. At least Sam has some pocket awareness…. Minshew has 0.

    The more I watch the games this year, the more I think Minshew is regressing as a QB. He has has lost all his swagger. I hope he proves me wrong next week in Germany.

    I think Jeff Saturday would have turned into a good coach with enough time. I think he is a really good leader.

    If you watch his tape, it’s not the system. He is very timid out there and avoids contact. He is a shell of his former self. To me it’s simple, if there is zero improvement for the rest of the season you must let him go. Then use the money in free agency and sign our guys that will hit the market.

    I like minshew and what he brings, but if he wants to win games he has to improve his pocket presence and scrambling ability to extend plays. I hope with Cleveland’s big win this weekend they let it go to their head and come out and lay an egg against us.

    AR give us the better chance, but minshew still gives us a GOOD chance to win in this league.

    The same can be said about Geno Smith, and well he got a 2nd chance and is now a starter in this league after being written off before. Not saying it will happen to minshew, but you never know.
