No one should give on the season because of 2 games that many expected us to lose. Both games were 1 possession games.
We are a better team than last year on paper. We arent super bowl contenders, but we are set for 11-5 in my opinion.
That means closing out the remainder of the season 11-3. Hmm. Other than Divisional - we have Ravens, Bengals, Steelers, Browns, Redskins, Giants, Cowboys and Patriots. Depending on the breaks, etc., the team could just as easily go 6 and 8 or 7 and 7 over the remainder. Will be interesting to see how it all rolls out.

Why does everyone keep suggesting we trade for all the criminals and degenerates.
Desperation?

Do folks even think before tossing things like this out?

Blah blah blah. The writer needs to find something productive to do with his time. Parking lot attendant comes to mind.

So long as he is kept away from the fire alarms and extinguishers....

The lack of years on our o-line is scary.
Or exciting...depends on point of view. :^)

IMO - the Colts would soon deeply regret letting Rogers go.

Did someone actually feel the need to trot out this tired old horse...again? Sorry for the intended pun.

I remember from the replays of the 2006 AFCG, one of the Colts DB's who was watching from the sidelines used the term "money" to refer to Manning. May have been a take-off from the MC/rapper known as "P-Money."
This video brings it to light:

And - I am almost 60 years old. LOL

james Harrison has not signed, has he got anything left?
Yes. Attitude.
That is all.

Well. He was very nice to my wife when he stopped to eat at her restaurant here in N.C. - while on the way to the Super Bowl in Miami. :^)

Follow these four youngsters:
Rogers
Moncrief
Richardson
McNary

What say he dispense with the theatrics, and come to camp ready to work -- which we know he will.

My mistake. Posted this without realizing it was a fantasy football item. :^)

Andrew Luck ranked behind (among others) Stafford, Griffin, Dalton and Ryan. That pretty much says - "don't read this tripe - go to Facebook (or Colts forum) and make a snarky comment."

Not real thrilled...like the Mewhort pick the best, but I'm wrong a lot, so we will see.
I absolutely love your honesty! :^)

"Mewhort played left tackle at Ohio State, but most think he'll kick inside to guard. Some believe his best position is center. Mewhort is a smart, tough guy." -- Mike Mayock
6'6" and 310 lbs.
This was a good pick, IMO (and in Mayock's -- not that that really means anything).

I attended a Colts-Jets game that fall. It was a pretty bad one - but the Colts pulled out a 6-3 win. My real memory, though, is that Jeff George got pulled and sulked, alone, on the end of the bench as the team got the improbable win. I felt that he was quite the jerk.

<<<< Breathes a huge sigh of relief at this stunning turn of events

Yep...that's the one!

Since the question was for a "moment" - it had to be when the camera zoomed in on Matt Stafford's face after the Colts took the lead on the Luck-to-Avery touchdown two seasons back.

We moved from the end zone, top row in the BL party zone to one of the corners under the jumbo-tron. We like the vantage point of the corners and are high enough to see the whole field and have a good view of the jumbo-tron and close to bathrooms and concessions... And we moved down just a few rows from where we were and are out of the sun!
Win win!
They open the roof?

I know it's hard tomcompare players across different eras, but Manning is as unprecedented five time league MVP (I know one was in Denver). He also is likely the sole reason the Colts are still in Indy and the reason for Lucas Oil Field. I'm old enough to remember Unitas and understand his greatness, but totally reject him as the choice of all time great a Colt QB.

Not many viewers recall or even know that when the first four All-Decade teams were picked retroactively in 1969 with the celebration of the NFL’s 50th Season - John Unitas and John Mackey were the QB and TE for the "All Fifty-Year" Team.

and I feel sorry for the younger colts fans that didn't get to see mike Curtis play. can u comprehend the fines that this guy
would have to pay if he played in this time
His nick-name was "Mad Dog" for a reason. :^)

I love the "audible" part of your comment. Can you imagine what (and I hate to mention him here) Manning would do with this mix of talent? Luck is young, still - he needs to take control of the offense...maybe treat Hamilton's calls more like "suggestions." He isn't a college QB any longer.
