coming on strong

i think we played tons of bad / young QBs who hold the ball to long . pass rush is solid i dont see constant pressure like elite pass rushes .

pass rush is not a great as the stats show .

no max lined up against the left tackle and looped around to the right side of the line blew past fries .

fries just stood there not blocking anyone and day dreaming . crosby walked by him

i know everyone wants to blame gus for the defense but its the open field tackling that has been a problem all year . many times the defense is in the right position .

is he still with the team? i thought he changed teams

this season reminds me so much of 2021, a inconsistent colts team who looks really good some games and horrible others . now with a win out and make the playoffs heading into playing the raiders i have a bad feeling history will repeat . i hope i am wrong

we had pittman for cleveland it changes the whole offense .

we need weapons on offense i think our tight ends are really bad outside of pittman the wrs are average . downs has a chance to be good but he is not there yet .

agreed you cant win games losing one on ones all game . the whole offensive line was blown up every single play , no run lanes or time to throw the ball . the defensive line was bullied nonstop all game , massive running lanes 5 plus seconds to throw every play . plus the defense missed tackles nonstop , plenty of times it was the right defensive call but a defender missed a tackle for a loss and led to a big play .

that is my problem with ballard he doesnt draft bad just average . he drafts a lot of players who can make the roster and hang around in the nfl but not a lot of game changers . the roster just stays middle of the pack which is not bad but you cant make deep playoff pushes with it . look at polian and you see the difference with offensive weapons pass rushers

i think its more of a talent issue . we have no real weapons outside of pittman the defense is average we dont have great cover linebackers or a good secondary . run blocking has been horrible this year offensive line is overrated outside of nelson and kelly .

imagine if the colts had to play a good division instead of the nfc south this year . we would be lucky to have 5 wins

falcons tackle is false starting every single play ,moves before the ball is snapped .

its easier to game plan against a defense when you know what they are gonna do before the game starts . gus is the complete opposite of shane and his offense .

it reminds me of the giants last year being considered good with daniel jones . now they have a harder schedule and folded . we have pieces to be good but still are a long way away from being a true contender .

i agree people got carried away and forgot who the colts played . colts only beat two teams with a winning record and one was a rookie early in the season before he was good . even the ravens game we got very lucky got outplayed most of the game and everything went our way

doesnt really matter at this point bengals about to drop 40 points on us . i dont get the love affair between ballard and bradley the defense is stale . it works when you have the seahawks defense who was loaded with hall of famers and pro bowlers

every team has injuries the average team has about 5-6 starters out a week . bengals lost most of their secondary and starting QB

colts are getting taken to the woodshed by a back up QB . this team is not as good as people think they have a lot of work to do to be a real playoff team
