Twice. The second less his fault, but he should never have missed the 28 yarder.
Maybe they should have put Luck in to kick!
-
Luck after the game: "Well I really wanted to win a bowl game, so I decided that since we lost this one, I'm going to stay at school for my senior year."
Please don't joke about that. Your last premonition came true!
-
Let that man breath! They were crushing him against the wall!
-
1. Kicker will miss this Field Goal.
Nice call!
-
Any guesses on how many OT periods we see?
-
this guy isn't even a colt yet, and you already want to talk mess about peyton like he did nothing for the colts.
Ha! Peyton has done more for the Colts than anyone in history, but he drops straight into the fetal position when he sees a free rusher. The turtle defense is UNSTOPPABLE!

TEBOWING!!!!! I SAW IT!!!
If I see Luck Tebowing, I no longer want him...
-
Great play by Luck. Peyton would have hit the deck on that play and given up the sack.
-
What year is that "bulldog" safety? He's only 5'8" but he's slamming people.
-
Payton is a legendary Hall-of-Famer.... :bears:
Peyton will be...
Payton blew his knee out this year on the sidelines... (Saints)
Peyton suffered through the "Madden Curse"... (Browns)

Maybe Fischer is waiting. Irsay did say gm will take a couple weeks and gm was in playoffs. All signs point to mckenzie and fisher. Weird we are having our first child and we r naming her Mackenzie. (name decided way before his name brought up) weird
Congrats! Any chance your last name is Fisher?

Diem made a lot of money..its time.
Eric Foster....may not be able to comeback...
If Saturday does not come back, we need linemen...
If Saturday retires, do you think he makes the "ring of honor?" It would be nice to see him up there for all he's done for the team and the player's union.
-
Come on people - he's just trying to appease the fan base. Do you really think he takes divine wisdom from armchair GM's.
One million minds are better than one... Maybe he just skims for ideas... There are some pretty creative (or crazy) people on these boards...

I recall Caldwell putting in the word to bring him on. So yeah, he got to do something!
WOW! He made a decision that affected the team! I bet the Polians had a fit!
-
That would be awesome if true! I admire the way Green Bay runs things and have been on the Jeff Fisher bandwagon for awhile now.
It would be nice, but McKenzie won't be doing any interviews until AFTER GB is eliminated. The time table seems wrong for us to get them both. We need to hire our GM BEFORE our HC, but Fisher will have a job by the time McKenzie can interview.
-
Caldwell was looking out for his guy, plain and simple.
Was it Jim's decision to make?
-
Yep that is what he was hired to do.
You don't get the feeling that the position was created in order to bring him on board? I think the Colts had future plans for the guy, and created the position to get him acclimated to the Colts personnel.

If Cleveland would give up their two 1sts and their 2nd in 2012 and their DT named Rubin, I'd take that deal.
I'd prefer Phillip Taylor. He was their first round pick last year.
I'd want Phillip Taylor, Colt Mcoy, two 2012 first rounders, 2012 second rounder.
In essence, that's three first rounders, a second rounder, and a third rounder.
-
I agree with people, I think Caldwell and the staff is going to be fired as well.
With the exception of Tressel, or do you think he's canned as well?
-
Alright, here we go.

This is just the proper face EVERYONE should make when they say Angerer... Anger-GRRRRR!!!!
-
Glad to see that you can't post about Brady without breaking the forum rules here.
So when Brady played with broken ribs in the past, he was being a "pansy"?
When he beat the Steelers with a 103 degree fever, he was being a "pansy"?
When he played with a broken bone in his foot, he was being a "pansy"?
Stay classy.
Sorry about that. It's hard for me to suppress the anger (and yes, jealousy) that arises when I think of Tom Brady. I've seen too many Colts losses to Tom Brady. He always brings out the "classiest" in me. I'm glad his injury isn't serious, but I'll still be rooting against them in the playoffs.
Of course! C'mon, man! I figured out the cure for world hunger, the cure to world peace, how to solve everyone's debt problems, AND beat a combination of the Steelers, Ravens and 49ers defenses playing with only 6 fingers, half an eyeball and 6 teeth while battling a fever so bad, the glass on the thermometer melted. Then, I had breakfast.
I assume fixing the debt problem fixed the hunger problem which in turn fixed the peace problem?
-
Ok, but still you can't fine a guy for something he didnt do or control.
I agree. This is entirely unfair.
-
Wait... They're fining Tebow for something he didn't do and had no control over. The NFL is stupid.
I think it was the team fining him, not the NFL.
-
For the record, I'm not saying we release Manning if he's healthy. Just that I'm not buying this "There can be only one!" line as if we're in some bizarre Football centric Highlander movie.
I prefer to think of it as Peyton Manning Beyond Thunderdome! With Andrew Luck playing the role of Master Blaster!
"Two men enter! One man leaves!"

The first thing he's gonna do as a Colt is go give Vinatieri a BIG hug...
