Come on Brian. We had our share of injuries going into that game.
Yeah I know. I said that.
But it doesn't take way from the reality that we gave them opportunities through some lackluster offensive play calling.
And had they been with their offensive 'injured' players, they probably would've been in a better position to take advantage of those opportunities. And had they done so, this would've been a much different game...instead of the physical beat down we delivered.
Like I said, we won fair & square. But a W in the column and all of us happy about it doesn't cover over the details of what happened.

Like we never had any starters out.
And we did this week. So I'm not taking that away from us. 6 Colts' starters out. But had the 49ers had their people, they would've taken advantage of the opportunities (resulting to me from some less than aggressive play calling) that we gave them.

It's one game.
Yeah, I think too many folks are going overboard.
We beat San Francisco and it is a great win. However, our offensive play calling left something to be desired. Had the 49ers not been as injured on offense, I think they would've taken advantage of the many opportunities we gave them in the first half & 3rd quarter.
We outlasted them and we got the win fair & square. But I honestly think it hinged on the 49ers' problems more than our prowess.

Any team that would blow their season for Johnny Freakin Manziel, is absolutely foolish. Manziel is a tiny QB with a weak arm. He's dumber than snot and will probably figure out a way to screw up his life before he even makes it to the draft.

I apologize, you're right.. there have been a lot of people happy about it and more than likely, a majority.. I just have seen so many negative comments as well and I guess I let those overshadow the positive ones. My apologies and also my apologies for creating a new thread.
