Mine was comically bad but all's Well that ends Well (ha ha). Picture me with my nose pressed against my truck window helplessly watching my slurpee melt.

Anyway it was expensive, but now we have more than 20psi of water for the first time in weeks. I'm looking forward to actually taking a shower tomorrow, instead of just a trickle. I'll figure out how the heck I'm going to pay for all the other work I need another time.

MAC, do what I do, always carry 2 sets of keys with you at all times to avoid a locksmith snag ever again. It actually works well for me.

Good idea. I'm not sure where I'd carry it though. I'd have to ingrain a new habit. Maybe a hide-a-key under the truck. Errors like these are all about breaking ingrained habits that you do without thinking. When the engine goes off, take the key out and hold it. Do NOT leave it in the ignition (with the truck off) while you answer a phone call from your wife.
