  • About Me
Colts fan since Johnny Unitas was Quarterback. Friends used to call me Johnny Onitas when we played sandlot football. I will voice my opinion as I see fit. I believe that last year’s MVP award was a scam. Mr. Taylor deserved that award. Enough said.
    Let’s win a Super Bowl!

  1. I was ready for the season to start for my Colts. Win or lose, I was going to back them up every game. The greatest excitement was from the fans in the stands as ESPN televised the game against the Texans. I did not know there was a large anvil with a blue horseshoe that some lucky fan would hit with a hammer ESPN’s coverage showed mores fans and players reactions compared to other networks. I have completely given up watching ESPN morning talk blabber mouth shows but took fellow poster’s advice about watching Colts podcasts. I strongly believe that our team will get better and our fan base will keep the energy up with home games…and possibly, away games. I hope Mr. Irsay recovers…I haven’t heard any recent news. I am glad to see the 49ers and Chiefs in the SB. The Ravens displayed lack of discipline( stupid penalties) and the Lions…well, I dunno! I like Mr. Pacheco and Mr. McCaffrey, but Mr. Pacheco already has a Ring. Thank you all and see you next season! Mighty Blue
  2. “Looks like Belichick won’t get hired…” Is this true? What is the latest team interviewing him? Has he had second interviews with the those teams? Harbaugh has gone back and forth with the NFL and with a Collegiate path with Michigan. I should have added, Collegiate, right*??? If this Post is true, he could be an excellent College coach. I’ll wait for your answer.
  3. I have a few questions… 1. Has he mentioned wanting to still be a coach in the NFL? 2. Has he mentioned what team he would want to coach for? 3. Has he considered taking some time off to relax, spend time with his family, spend his millions? 4. Vacation(party!) with Tom and Gronk? 5. Do State Farm commercials with Mahomies? 6. Which team has expressed a great interest to sign him? Okay, my questioning was more than a few. I’ve learned to like the guy and I look forward to seeing hangin’ out with retired coaches and having a good time. Ooo, one more question… has he predicted a SB winner?
  4. Dude, a direct hit! No way to top this! Time to end this Topic’s postings! PLEASE!
  5. I can see a coach getting his team fired up with great speeches to motivate his team and fans. At least, he is up front with telling the media what he wants his team to do with the “kneecap” and stuff… but IMO( first time I used “IMO” ), it’s just STUPID if the coach keeps saying that. What is even more stupid is a dirty player taking it to heart. Does the coach remember the Saints bounty scandal? His team is good enough to win without that type of motivation. If that Kirby fella gives a nasty hit, well then, he should expect to RECEIVE the same. Hey Lions coach, remember those famous words from Forrest Gump? “Stupid is as stupid does.” Tell Kirby to avoid being tossed out of the game…he just might be the player to make the ”play” to win the game. The coach should only have to worry about the calls from the referees not a scandal. Go, Forrest Gump!
  6. Well, I got what I wanted My first post was in Miscellaneous about tonight’s game in Buffalo. I chose to place it in the NFL posting section. Mr. Pacheco( I call him that , now) was a big part in disrupting the Bills defense I was VERY surprised that #17 did not run more on their last drive because he could have won the game…or at least, get closer to the end zone for an EASIER location for his now famous field goal kicker, Bass What about that wimpy pass that did not reach his open receiver in the end zone? Oooo, another divisional playoff game goes to…Mahomies. That makes 3 times # 17 could not beat the Chiefs(actually, I think he just wants to beat Mahomies…). I loved this game and I could not believe the missed field goal by #2 Bass. That kick actually was…#2 So, my post is about analytics for field goal kickers. Did the team just think it was it was a “gimme?” Maybe next time, if there is one for Bass, I would like to see the analytics analyzer point out that he should kick the ball towards the left upright goal post because the red flags are being blown to the right…NO WAIT, that is just COMMON SENSE So, to you Bass, you have earned the “Ray Finkle Failed Field Goal Attempt”Award for tonight’s game We don’t need analytics to know what # 17 will be going through tonight and well, forever, because he answered it at the post game conference. Some may think that I am mean but at least I didn’t make the Bills fan cry nor throw snowballs at the Chiefs This is fun! Go, Colts!
  7. Well done! You played like winners and you wore your Sunday’s best! Good job winning at home in front of your fans and in front of millions of viewers. Watch out Bucs or Eagles!
  8. I’ll be looking forward to the rematch
  9. I have tried several times to post my thoughts about Mr Irsay and his illness. What keeps blocking my thoughts is what I(We) dealt with during Covid. I can picture the faces of his family and the stress they are going through. Then, there is Mr Irsay. I can imagine what he is going through and what kind of problems he might be having. My belief is that he is getting the best care possible from all medical professionals but especially, from his Respiratory Therapists(RTs). Covid 19 kicked our b***s and we also experienced treating patients with severe pneumonia not caused by Covid 19. Mr. Irsay has a tough battle ahead of him. My prayers are with him, family, and all Colts fans. Go, RTs! Respectfully, Mighty Blue, RRT
  10. Well, our team will be watching from their couches enjoying their vacation. I look forward to AR5 getting back on track
  11. Okay, someone else DID see what I saw Why did the Texans field goal kicker miss that easy peasy, less than his 50+ field goal, I could have made it even with my left leg which now has a new titanium hip, his only job that he did all season long? NO, no, no, this game WAS NOT rigged!
  12. Hey, Cool! Thanks for posting the 2024 schedule. I just want to add a reminder of which team(s) we could not beat when it really counted. The Texans and the Jaguars have been the biggest pain in the **** for us and are only going to get better!
