Yeah its very concerning. How does the coaching staff move forward calling plays for an athletic qb that gets hurt every game? Better yet, name me a player who has not finished 3 out of his first 5 games and went on to have a productive career? I love the development of Richardson, but man this is beyond concerning. He seems like such an awesome kid, but he looked really dejected walking into the tunnel. I could be wrong but the way he looked lead me to believe this maybe aeason ending. Man, this sucks.

So how does signing Taylor to extension now look if Richardson is done?

My question is this and if he broke something. He is an athletic freak but how much value does a running qb have if he gets hurt all the time? He has amazed me so far with his play but man how effective can he be moving forward?

It's and awesome play but I look at the bench and we have a 20 mill dollar linebacker siting there. Man, what we could have done with that money.

I was wrong on that but I never said Shane didn't want him. I felt that Shane wouldn't want him at this price as I don't view Taylor as elite on all areas. What I do see is Shane and Ballard thinking they would probably be 3 and 1 with Taylor. Taylor held the team hostage and I am not sure that bodes well for future negotiaons. Taylor 1 Colts 0.

That's the rumour. Where in this scenario did he cave? He is coming off an injury. He is coming off a down year. He played on a team that had the 4th pick in the draft. He said he didn't want to play for this team. He lied and ended up on the PUP and got paid. He is the third highest paid rb in a marker where rbs r not getting 2nd contracts. He was put out there for a trade and no one offered anything substantial to the Colts or Taylor. U r right he caved and based on all of this, he got an extension.
