How the Colts are doing has nothing to do with the games being rigged.   Good lord.   Is that your evidence?  The Colts with terrible qbs lose?  I don't want your picks.   I do fine on my own.   I spent the day in a sports book.  I did fine

Lol, I've forgotten more evidence than most have ever known or will ever know.

I know its not a story you and others like to be reminded of.....the owners of dolphins and brownies paying their coaches to lose. haha

Its ok to be or pretend to be naive....I don't care.

I don't know if you really did fine betting but you would have done better with my picks. And that doesn't change the fact you tried to trick me out of my picks.

Lets call it a day because I don't want to take the time and trouble to  respond OR put you on "ignore".

    Have a good one.

  2. As more and more fans are realizing games are  rigged. But the refs only do their part and do as told by league officials. Employing refs full time won't change anything one bit. They have a job and do it as instructed OR else they will be fired and replaced.  Check out what former NBA ref Donnelly said and authors

Brian Tougy and others....even former NFL players. They don't get publicity because the networks are in bed with the sports leagues and aren't going to kill the golden goose(integrity of the sport) and cost themselves Billions of dollars.

Just one play says it all. The very first play the Bills had after the heart attack and near death of player Demar Hamlin was ex-colt Hines running a kickoff for a TD! The very first play....he later ran another one back too.

QB Josh Allen said something about God describing the play  as did Indy local shock jock Dan Dakich.....Some would rather beleive Divine Intervention instead of game rigging. :funny:

At the end its only Entertainment, like tv shows and movies and wrestling and should be enjoyed as such and not taken too seriously.... UNLESS you have like a good size bet on like a 4 Team Parlay riding on a refs pass interference call.....then you can take it serious. haha

Oh the conspiracy theories again.

Why would I change when I've been right for years and years on the colts AND you and others know it. Not to mention the profits I make.

How's the colts doing this year?.....and how did they do last year?

...and the year before? .....and pretty much for the last decade????? And the two decades prior to Polian/Manning arriving?

    :funny:

A brick house can fall on some and still can't or admit to seeing the reality. Lol

Maybe if they replace Bradley and draft Marvin jr. the colts future will be bright and prosperous like the polian/manning days :funny: ..... Hope I'm wrong for the sake of die hard colt fans  but don't hold your breath. :funny:

And don't try to trick me to get my picks from me to bet on. If you or someone else wants my picks I'd be more than glad to share my thoughts in private message or public, only needed to ask..... But trying to fool me out of them was not cool....especially since were all fellow colt fans.

Meanwhile Levi's stock went up pretty high today. All 3; Jim, Shane and Ballard had their crush on AR potential. If he comes back from injury an gets so again; will set the franchise back for years at QB position.

I said it way before the season started that I wouldn't be surprised if 3 or all 4 QB prospects made it in the nfl. .....its still of course way to early to know for sure.

Regardless if the colts would have had Stroud, Levis, or AR5 fall to them they probably would have been ok.at the position moving forward. Probably Young too.

The problem with the colts isn't which QB they landed but more of them being the colts and questionable moves at management and coaching, roster building etc....

how many seasons can we blame coaches for the colts poor record? our roster and record keeps getting worse. who is to blame for our poor showing?

The ones who write the scripts.... or some rather  think  the  Football Gods.

Pat McAfee says the colts are cursed. haha

    Its not the coaches.

Whichever, it's likely to go on.

  6. Minshew, SamE, or Mond....does it really make any difference ???

But while on subject, I'd like to see Mond get extended playing time because his skill sets resemble AR5....to a lesser degree of course. But in '24 I think it would make sense to have a backup QB that has at least a physical/play style similar to the starter.

  7. I didn't click so didn't read the story. But like someone above said a bigger role means bigger stats and a potentially bigger contract......nothing wrong with looking out for yourself and family financially if that in deed is his motive.

I don't follow players but ran up on him on YouTube.. He really came across likeable with a good personality.

  8. The Astros go down.....so glad.

    Props to the rangers.

The Yankees can't make it every year so its good for some other team go once in a while. haha

And the Yankees are still represented with former players  with pitchers Montgomery and Chapman AND the pre-game/post game analysis from A-Rod and Jeter. haha

And speaking of the Yankees, owner Hal Steinbrenner is going all out to better the chances of winning the 28th world series in franchise history next year by adding new sleeping pods and a new cafeteria to the players clubhouse!!!

I'm pulling for the Phillies to beat Arizona as I like Harper(he should have been a yankee). Should be a good series if they meet.

This the 1st year in a while where I have watched college football closely. I used to watch it all the time in the 80's and 90's and really up until we drafted we Luck. I will say this with a straight face, I have watched several games from the Pac-12 and Caleb doesn't look as good as Michael Penix or Bo Nix. I am not saying those guys will be better Pro's but they have looked better from a passing point in a Pro Style offense even. Washington and Oregon both look like Pro teams with those guys at QB.

When I was a kid I used to watch tons of college football. In fact I didn't like when some Bowl games were on at the same time.....so I then started connecting the portable tv next to the regular tv and watch multiple games at the same time. In fact I entered National pick'em contest "Beat the Experts" and won first prize $100 one week and multiple times won "I beat the experts" Tee Shirts. LoL

Reminds me of the saying "Youth is wasted on the young". LoL

I have outgrown that and now watch just a little bit of college. But I have seen Caleb and Drake and think they are can't miss NFL stars, especially Caleb. But I haven't seen Penix or Nix.

I went to the Denver/GB game with two of my best friends visiting from South Carolina yesterday. Finally saw my first game live!

I had no interest in this game as I figured the Colts would do poorly on offense. I'll give Steichen credit for running the football a lot more. This loss was on Minshew and the refs. That was the script though this week. The NFL is pushing the boundaries to see how much they can get away with, and people are calling them out more and more on their crap. I'll probably try and take advantage of the playoffs again. Right now, I have the Jets making the playoffs, and winning the SB if Rodgers returns in time.

Also picked the Rangers over the Astros last night. Had the series going to 7. Now I'm picking the Astros to finish them off and go to the World Series. Have an Astros/Phillies rematch with the Phillies winning this year.

Good for you on seeing your first live game.....hope you enjoyed. Though seeing a game in front of your big screen has its advantages, I recommend seeing games live at least once in a while.

You are 100% right on the NFL pushing its boundaries more of what it can get away AND more and more people are seeing it which is nice....but their always be the naive or the ones pretending to not seeing the reality.

I've been invested much less lately but still make bets. I hope your right on jets, I was a jet fan for 4 plays lol. I'll root for rogers when he returns....the jets need to hang around until he does.

As a Yankee fan and dislike cheating in baseball I despise the Astros and hope someone beats them.

Ahhhh….   The deep insight from Captain Conspiracy Theory!!

It's not that deep, as many think that way, especially the ones that aren't blind and naive.

Recheck former NBA ref Donnelly, I think that's his name, on instructions from the league. NFL is similar by many if not a majority of opinions.

But like I've said before, I'll say it again.....I've been mostly right on the colts all these years while you, to put it nicely Haven't. haha

And btw, you yourself said the colts are tanking this season!!! ........as if this year is different than most other years. :funny:

Really?    I don’t have to defend Chris Ballard and his record.   Because Jim Irsay does it for me.

Irsay fired Ryan Grigson with a 5-year record of 49-31 and who still had 3-years left in his contract.   Yet, Irsay has kept Ballard who currently has a record of 48-55-1.   I think it’s obvious that Irsay doesn’t hold 2027 against Ballard.  He didn’t have his HC of choice, his coordinators, or his front office set-up and he didn’t have his franchise quarterback as well.   And I doubt Irsay holds 2022 against Ballard.  The person who I think is most responsible for the terrible season is Irsay himself.  The Saturday hire was a disaster.   Remember, in Sept of 22, Irsay called Ballard the best GM in football.    So I don’t have to make the case,  Irsay makes it.

I think your posts simply reflects your intense dislike for Ballard.   That’s your choice.

Im going to stop this here.   I have more to discuss with you, but I’ll save it for another post.

I think you put too much stock in what Irsay says and does......just saying.

I don’t think this team is falling apart after a turnover like last year and in the past. But the GM and coach has got to figure out why we can’t be better and more mentally tough for that to not happen in the first place.

So far the GM and coaches haven't figured that out for the better part of the last nine years..... Plus the two decades prior to Peyton, Polian, and Dungy coming to Indy.

  14. I didn't watch and went golfing instead for the second straight week since Mineshew has inherited the QB position from the injured phenom, AR5.

So is that like 8 or so turnovers from Minshew in the last two games?

I was hoping things would be different this season but it seems the season has turned into the same ole same ole I've been talking about for years and years.....unfortunately for colt fans.

Jags are the future of this division.  They're going to get better and better as Pederson continues to bring Lawrence along.

Colts have a chance to factor in but I am afraid we're talking second fiddle at best.  And that's iffy I think.  This is going to continue to be Irsay's circus until he kicks the bucket.

....but still even then a 'Irsay' will inherit and how much better can that be? Lol

Al  Davis's son inherited and the Football Gods still don't smile on their fans. haha
