This is just like last game. Orlovsky getting better as the game goes on.

Sims jumped into the pack, realized he couldn't get in and then tried to run back on coverage. He was lost,
, but hedid create some indirect pressure.
Defense is keeping this close. Now for Orlovsky to get one untracked.

Lots of empty seats tonight in the upper level. Clubs are kind of sparse too.
I've never been able to hear Peyton as clearly as i can Orlovsky tonight.

A couple of viewpoints here:
1) Those that said we should have had a capable backup all of these years can't now say "trade Luck" (if we get the #1) since we'd be in the same position we are now.
2) Those that say "Keep them both" have to realize that Peyton will have to give up some practice and gametime snap in order to help Luck grow in the system. Not sure that i see that happening, but Peyton is a team player, so...
3) I just don't think that there is any way that Luck is going to learn this system. It's taken Peyton years to develop it this way and none of us know if Luck can read defenses the way Peyton does. We would have to run a completely different offense for Luck.

I'm still hoping they can find a way to keep both Mathis and Reggie. I'm still not sold on Garcon being a #1 receiver.
He still has yet to go up against a #1 cover corner and prove that he can make a catch or two like Reggie did when
Marvin went out a few years ago.
I don't think it's a matter of him wanting to leave, he just sees the way the money situation is and figures that he may
not be able to take what is offered to him. I'm sure he would love to finish his career here, but there's a balance to
strike between love of the team and what dollar amount he is willing to play for. Hopefully he and Chris/Bill can find the balance.

I agree with Audrey, a good LT can make such a difference. Really hoping for a great sophmore year from AC next year. I can't imimagine how lethal Peyton would be with a good (not even a great) running game along with another second or two to release the ball. Hope we find out next year.
