  1. I have a loud but deep voice, you are 100% correct. Jim Nantz is probably my favorite because he has a pleasant voice but can go an octane up when something great happens, I loved Lamey on radio too. Pick your spots I say.
  2. @Creekside, I see you are here, I took your 40 points and the Colts, I won a million dollars, thank pal. Your advice was excellent
  3. It is not her voice that bothers me, it is her favoritism toward a team. In order to have favoritism you need to be employe'd by a team you are announcing for. Like Lamey was for the Colts, Boyle for the Pacers who is an excellent radio announcer.
  4. Once we added the extra blocker we were fine. I am thinking that coach probably thought Mustache would pick up Hamilton coming pre-snap. Mustache is good at doing that normally.
  5. I was just on Youtube watching post game stuff and Ravens fans + Lamar and Harbaugh was complaining about the no call on Flowers at the end. Here is my response to that, WELCOME TO THE COLTS WORLD. We have been getting the short end of the stick for years and people don't feel sorry for us and just say we lost. We got a break for the 1st time in 10 freakin years it seems, deal with it Baltimore
  6. He ran the team off the field to kick a FG, than ran the offense back on and was going to quick snap. Ravens lost a Timeout due to that.
  7. I love the way Shane cost the Ravens a timeout, that is playing Chess and comical. He was toying with Harbaugh and that rarely happens because Harbaugh is a SB winner and a great coach.
  8. Shane almost gets an A+, but I still went A because the last play of regulation had me scratching my head. I would have brought Gay out then. Not sure what was going with that?
  9. Yeah Hamilton is a hell of an athlete, he was getting on my nerves
  10. Imagine AR being Tommie Frazier but 2024 Tommie = stronger, better, faster, with Moss and Taylor, then AR (aka Frazier) just flicking it to his TE's and Pittman for big 1st downs.
  11. It is tough to be announcer, I always wanted to do radio, maybe still will 1 day. Beth has a decent voice but unless you are announcing for a certain team you can't play favorites. She does that. If I was a Colts broadcaster, I could then show bias of course like Lamey did. When you are on TV being regional, you can't do that. She has done Cubs games and I can tell she isn't a true Cubs fan.
  12. Yeah #14 was killing us. It happened 1 too many times.
  13. Maybe we can be 1995 Nebraska all over again
  14. Stroud is a good pocket passer but needs a clean pocket to be good. AR can create on his own, both will probably end up good in the long run.
  15. I get where you are coming from but Taylor is better. Look I like Moss, glad we have him. The combo of Moss and Taylor would be deadly with AR.
  16. I have always had that mindset when you start 0-1, you have to win the next 2 games to get the upper hand back and we did, we will see what week 4 brings?
  17. We beat a great team yesterday at their place, or I would say very good by the standards I usually post by lol. I can't wait for AR and Taylor to come back. Our defense is pretty good. Fun exciting times ahead. It is about time things are going our way. Last 2 years we lose a game like yesterday on something silly or a fluke.
  18. His kicks were long and right down the middle too. He gets my game ball and I rarely give it to a Kicker.
  19. Moss isn't better than Taylor, calm down
  20. Great stuff. I have to be honest, I am real good with history but I can't remember that last time a team put up 70. I won't even look it up, but that had to a long time ago. . I know Brady or Peyton never put up 70.
  21. Great call. Dolphins put up 70. Sean Payton is probably thinking, why did I sign up for this mess . He doesn't have Drew anymore
  22. She was bad, she has done Cubs as well (so I know her background well) and it is like listening to your grandma talk softly and ranting about nothing . She also tends to have her favorites; she was rooting for the Ravens yesterday and it was obvious. Every time they would make a big play she got excited, when we did it was low key. When Tucker missed that kick, she was real quiet. Just things I pick up on
  23. I think the Toilet trophy goes to the Cowboys, how the hell do you lose to the Cards
  24. You are half right because before AR got injured, we were up 14-0 - AR did have 2 TD runs lol, but I love Mustache, great backup and like Brissett can fill in as a starter for a game or 2 and play well. Great win yesterday.
