  1. Seahawks Stadium has been 1 of the most feared places to play for years, and I can't believe how everybody has forgotten how awesome their thumping of the cheaters in 2010 was (actually I can believe it. The bandwagoners have been just that annoying. That's not the Seahawk's fault though). And seriously...Peyton telling Pete I don't think so < 43-8 :-|

  2. If the Seahawks aren't hungover...38-17 Seahawks, with 59-7 Seahawks and a hurt Rodgers not that small of a possibility. If they are hungover, 24-20 Packers which is my prediction.

Then everybody will predict the Packers to win the SB and Rodgers to win the MVP, failing to notice all season that the Packers haven't won another game against a .500 or better opponent en route to another 10-6 and 1 and done. And it won't be Rodger's fault. And the Seahawks, while not repeat champions, will have a good season after they get over the hangover.

  3. Is Coleman really the starter? I knew about the guy but didn't think he was the starter.

I also know Husain Abdullah who fasts through Ramadan...which falls during training camp!

The Rodgers meme is meh...it's like "hey I beat your team before you played on it" similar to how the Favre memes were like "hey I beat you now that you're 41 and crippled."

  4. I don't like Brett Favre, I will never like Brett Favre, & the guy is just a pompous S.O.B. He's no saint okay. Trust me...Do I have proof #4 did this to Miss Sterger? No. That still doesn't persuade me to think that he didn't do it.

Am I biased? Yes. Do I make any apologies for that? Absolutely not.

Do you live in WI? Did you live through the cry baby retirement merry go round like I did as a citizen of the Badger State? Oh no...Talk to me when you do BC thank you.

No offense intended sir but living something & watching it from afar are 2 entirely different things. Brett has a track record of entitlement, preferential treatment inside his last 4 Green Bay Packers years, & it's not hard to believe Brett did this to Miss Sterger at all. JMO.

Sorry BC, anytime a person challenges me on what a swell guy Favre is it always sets me off. It's nothing personal. My apologies...

Know what else tOtAlLy LeGiTiMiZeS a point? When somebody uses the "ask myself a question in the 1st person and answer it" routine 40 times in 1 tirade.

  5. I had no rooting interest in that game but that pick by Favre had to be the WORST decision I have ever seen a QB of his caliber make in that moment. He was rolling to his right, no limp at all, had clear field in front of him to easily pick up the first down or get close enough for a FG that would have won the game and he throws back across his body to a covered receiver. Really, THAT play has come to epitomize the end of Favre's career where decisions like that became his trademark. As a fan, it was brutal to watch. You knew the Saints were going to win that game after that, refs or no refs.

Then why did it still take additional help from the refs for the Saints to win the game?

  6. If Favre does not throw that ball then the ensuing Saints drive never happens. Like I said, you never want to rely on the refs. That fourth down play was razor close and was called a first down on the field. Rarely if ever do they reverse a call like that.

It was clearly not a first down. If you want to keep backing up to lessen the significance of that play, then maybe Favre would haveran had his foot not been broken from all the illegal hits.

  7. Atleast 1 of those teams looks good for several weeks every year. The Raiders recently had an 8-8 season, the Brown's won 3 straight with a then new quarterback last season, the Bills were 4-0 a few years ago, etc. It will be fun watching everybody either a) overreact at whichever team frauds them to death this year or b) act not scared if they turn out not to be a fraud lol!
