  1. Who are the Vikes selecting? You knew they were drafting Justin Jefferson two months before the draft?

  4. What makes one believe he is the favorite? I wonder if composite Big Boards have him as #2. I really doubt it but I will check.
  5. It seems that this year may turn out to be like the year of the Luck/RG3/Russell Wilson draft. There was so much bickering about the QBs and many fans comparing Luck to RG3. Years after RG3 was no longer a starter, folks would still create threads about him. It seems even more polarizing this year. (Actually most people were happy with the Luck selection.) Hopefully, this year, fans will support whoever is drafted and there won't be too much bickering about QBs that were not drafted by the Colts..
  6. Is there an offensive lineman worth the #3 pick? (General question for all.)
  7. Ah. All along I thought Young was going to the Texans. I like Young a lot despite his being short. He seems to have poise and football intelligence.
  8. Do you think the Panthers will take Stroud, Young or someone else?
  9. That is not necessarily true. It is like saying "Players would not take pictures of themselves shirtless if they truly had confidence in their playing abilities." We don't know for certain why a person will act in a given way. Secondly, no player this year knows for sure they are going high. What do you perceive as "high"? Top 2? Top 5? Top 10? First rround?
  10. Maybe this one: https://www.theplayerstribune.com/posts/anthony-richardson-nfl-football-florida-gators Members should post links whenever they share information that is reported as a fact.
  11. Okay. Thanks. Unless it is a swap with Cousins going to the 49ers, I don't like it. It is just more money invested in the QB position. While that may be true, I don't trust Dov K or Mike Florio, though Florio is supposedly a Vikings fan. Tom Pelissero is very connected with the Vikings. If he has not posted it, I would not believe it.
  12. I was alerted (mentioned) but I am not participating. @TomDiggs is drafting for the Chargers. He will probably be here soon. Have fun.
  13. As I wrote in the message above, I have not accessed those Google Sheets since Wednesday night or Thursday. When I was updating the Sheets for this Gavin Mock Draft on Monday and Tuesday, I noticed that if an hour or two passed before I tried editing again, it would suddenly show as "view only" and would not allow me to edit. (You know this because I informed you of this via PM when it happened.) This seems similar to when my computer or smart phone falls asleep and won't give me access until I sign in again. I was able to gain editing access again after I completely closed out of Google Sheets and opened them again. It would show that those Google sheets were opening up using my email address. I was then able to edit. It would also tell me who had accessed the sheets and when I last accessed them. I would see that you and I were active at the same time and we both could edit. I think if you close out of Google Sheets altogether and open them again using your email address, you will gain editing access again. That is what worked for me. (I also cleared cache from the app's storage but I don't believe that is what gave me access.)
  14. I have not accessed them since Wednesday or Thursday and I did not create them. So, I cannot give or remove access to them. Is there anything I should do?
  15. What does Cowherd know? I can see how some can get tired of all these comments from the media that have no basis. (And I am not one of those anti-media people.) I just think guys like Cowherd, Florio and some others make up stories and people run with them.
  16. SB Nation is having a similar mock draft with their writers selecting players for their teams. The representative of Stampede Blue (Colts) made the same pick you did. He wrote: His floor? It could be really bad. He has very little starting experience at Florida and will likely need time to adjust to the NFL game and the complexity of NFL schemes. His accuracy has been discussed consistently. Those reviewing the tape often conclude that those issues are overstated, but perhaps that’s easy to do with such an impressive athlete. ... His ceiling? Lamar Jackson joined Tom Brady as a unanimous NFL MVP in his second season. Richardson is unlikely to get to that level so fast, but he is bigger and stronger than Jackson, has the same kind of athleticism, has a bigger arm than Jackson, and could become a better player than Jackson. If Jackson won an MVP, it’s not outlandish to suggest that if Richardson reaches his ceiling, he could be one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL for a long time. - Brett Mock, Stampede Blue https://www.sbnation.com/2023/4/3/23668257/2023-nfl-mock-draft-sb-nation-cj-stroud-bryce-young-will-anderson-anthony-richardson?_gl=1*gkl65c* Note: they are only up to #20 and Levis has not been selected yet, unless I missed it.
  17. It depends. Assuming Arizona trades their pick to a QB-needy team other than the Colts, if the three teams selecting ahead of the Colts take a QB and Richardson is left there, the Colts may draft him. Of course, they could also draft BPA at any position. I wonder how that will be received here.
  18. You should have posted this under @stitches 's Smoke Screen or Smoke Signal thread. What I got most from that video with Rich Eisen and John Beck is that a team may bring someone in to feign interest to generate calls for trades. I think a lot of that goes on.
  19. I think people can't wait for draft time. Once Draft Day comes, I anticipate a lot of . This time now is like the quiet before the storm. But I do believe that some ruin the experience here for others.
  20. Lol. I'm not following Levis much but every time I see a post with him, he is shown shirtless and admiring his physique. It is bizarre, as someone else wrote.
